  • This lecture explains about the beta sheet structure of the protein. Beta sheet also known as the beta plated sheet is a type of secondary structure of the protein that helps in making the tertiary structure of the protein. Beta sheet and alpha helix structures form the most of the secondary structure of the protein. Beta sheet structure is mostly found in globular or soluble protein like globin family protein.
