I had juv filler 4 years ago and have a noticeable hard lump inside my bottom lip. I believe at this point, dissolver wouldn’t work, maybe steroid?
    Thank you

Hi Melissa, sorry to hear that. You should definitely get in touch with your injector as hyaluronidase dissolver may still be helpful even if they also need to give steroids and antibiotics.

I had occlusion with my first time getting filler. Lots of pain (burning sensation) so had to get dissolved. Lots of pain. Waiting to heal to get filler put back in.

OMG Priscilla I'm so sorry to hear that! Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm glad its been dissolved and you're healing. If you don't mind my asking, how long was it between when you had the treatment, noticed the pain and having it dissolved?

Filler done on Sunday at 3:30pm, bruising started almost immediately after. Woke up Monday to burning pain and more bruising. Had 1st round of dissolving Tuesday at 3:30. Seemed better, burning subsided almost immediately but Wednesday night noticed small blisters. Woke up with more blistering and very swollen. 2nd round of dissolving on Friday at 11am.

@@priscillasolis7175 Gosh Priscilla thank you for sharing this and shows the importance of knowing what warning signs to look for and getting help quickly as you did. I'm glad at least your clinic was able to recognise what was happening and get you in for dissolving quickly. The skin discolouration, intense pain and blisters is a typical sequence of vascular occlusion.
