- British Airways new A350-1000 Aircraft on it's training flight from London Heathrow Airport to Madrid. Taking off on runway 27 Right with 2 x RR Trent XWB-97 engines that make an amazing sound. I sat in Business class which is rare for me but I think it was worth it. This was BA A350 flight ba464.
What makes me smile the most is seeing three active 747-400 in this video.....still my favourite, but I am a big fan of the A350 as well
Absolutely to see the Queen Of The Skies and the A380 all welcoming in their new beauty from Airbus is just out of this world and has literally left me speechless.
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY
Agreed. You can't beat the 747. Beautiful machine
Must be funny as a pilot to taxi round an airport knowing everyone is watching you as the new kid on the block!
Are you a Pilot?
Not to this level but I do hold a Private Pilots Licence.
@@minitrundle Ah OK understand really cool, unfortunately, I'm just droning pilot
@@Marcel_Glanzer-Unterscheider Drone's are cool! Something I've wanted to try myself. Fly safe :)
@@minitrundle Oh yes i'm happy to fly with drones I already have 2. Thank you I wish you a safe flight watch on you. If you want you can come to me and fly with my drone.
Rolls Royce Engines are earporn!!!!! 🥰😍🥰😍... and the BA 350k is an absolut Beauty
They really are
The sound of the powering up of those engines is as sweet a sound as you’ll ever hear.
Love the sound and power of those engines
Lol I love that sound when she takes off, it's the sound I am used to, I live really close to Gatwick, tiddler, and super jumbo behind her
I used to live near Manchester Approach probably why i like planes
A350 is so powerful and Smooth
Love the A350-1000. hope i get to fly on it someday...
you will
I've been on a Finnair A350 and a couple of Qatar 350's. Qatar much better cabin IMO
I ride A350-1000
Me too
It’s an incredible aircraft to fly on
I could watch the turbine for years. What an amazing Rolls Royce machine.
Yeah the engines really do sound stunning
I think so too, at the front of the aircraft is better for the sound
The Trent XWB engines are so fire, literally
Great video 👍 what a climb out! That view of the RR XWB 👌
really good lighting
Thank you for sharing😘I like to see that white cloud ,really beautiful😍
Wow. That sounds amazing!
I love this clip. Great engine sound.
The most charming winged machine! British Airways+ a350 = perfection 🤩
Oh yes awesome Rolls Royce engines! Nicely filmed 👍
God I need to go on a plane again. 27 years of my life I never went on a plane until May just gone when I went to Vegas ☺️
Also can get flight sim, i didn't need to fly as much then. FSX for pc :)
@@worldaviation4k xplane 11 :D

I took off to Atlanta from Heathrow was great like this.
CONGRATS WITH 100K SUBSCRIBERS!! 🎉🎉🎉

Outstanding. :)
Wonderful take off vid 👌✈️I wait for it the full flight . Have a good day
Hi thanks, I'm just rendering the full flight, it had a hiccup (problem) and stopped so i will do half the video and the other half and join together, just finished my LAX arrival with ATC on Hong Kong Airlines last night and rendered this morning too.
@@worldaviation4k ohh :/ I wait for it Flights or planespotting with ATC :)
@@GirlSceneGamer Now I need to pack for Asia hahaha, i need to pack my PC and big airband antenna
@@worldaviation4k Sounds very cool , Cleaner ATC quality coming soon :D
Beautiful. Sounds a bit like the legendary RB211
Lovely video.
I will be on this plane to Toronto in November can’t wait
Fantastic video!
Thanks
What a beast
Brilliant video
Thanks, the camera did good
Great video. ☺️
Thanks Joshua
@@worldaviation4k Ur welcome. ☺️
Good video!
Thank you
What a sound! Wait me London. But i will come B777
Amazing!
Hi, have a good day thanks
EPIC E Flat Pitched Motor!!
Best aircraft ever
I do like the A350. Great engineering masterpiece. But for me, I will always love the 747 a lot more. There is only one Queen of the Skies
Jay Deshpande say for me mate I like the A350K XWB but the 747 400 will always be my golden girl
I think you mean a380
matty T each to there own buddy
@@MattyT200 I prefer Airbus over Boeing. But I would choose the Queen over any other aircraft anyday. Other than her majesty my 2nd favorite aircraft is the A350. But this is my opinion if you prefer the A380 then that's your opinion.
Nice flight
thanks very much
So powerful
That's soo cool
Yes it is :)
Best aircraft I've ever flown on.
Awesome footage! Filmed a 3 stage spool up heading out of Singapore last month. Would welcome your thoughts on that! 😃
Love British Airways new Planes Airbus 350 but never flown it.😁
I live near London and theres planes going to Heathrow and depart they fly 5000 feet over my house and I heard amazing roar from a350 and I thought was that b777 and I saw the body was a350
thats a fast takeoff if ive never seen one
That's a quiet engine
Rolls Royce!! 👍
Can’t wait until my airline (United Airlines) receives the A350-900 in 2022, definitely gonna fly on the inaugural!
Well, hate to spoil your wait, all the signs are that United is going Boeing, would be great if the didn't.
john russell dude, I work for United and it’s been confirmed that United is getting the A350.
@@zacharynascimento3921 Thats good to hear!!
@@zacharynascimento3921 It's 2022, did you fly in it yet?
I’m flying Amsterdam to Hong Kong in May with this plane. Afraid of flying but still a little excited.
that ended well I suppose.
@@shawnli4746 haha. It did because it got canceled due to covid.
Perfect. Except for that announcer spoiling the beautiful sound of the Rose Royce
1:19 1:20 Love that part
this is the reason i prefer airbus over boeing 😍😍😍😍
British Airways A350-1000 XWB
London to Porto-Filippine
Takeoff: London Heathrow Airport
Via: Suvarnabhumi Airport
Landing: Jose P. Laurel International Airport
I went to Madrid 8 years ago
i went 108 years ago
Lmao, the A380, Dash 8 and A320 were like watching the new kid take off and judging like "Let's see it, kid 🧐"
A350-1000 BA was 4.5 years old and this was uploaded 4 years ago, so this plane was one of the newest on the market.
Hi , great video
What was the seat number where you were seated on ???
Oh my god 1:22 is aviation porn right there 😂😂
YES
Everyone just jumped to 1:22!
Yes I did.😁
LMAO
can someone explain
Who else thinks the pilot drives his car with a heavy right foot???..slowdown speed up reminds me of me?
finally, 5 seconds less then earlier airbus flyers (~35s)
What is?
At first I hated the rrrrrr. Sound of these engines now I tend to enjoy it
I remember when Dennis used to thrust me like that.
Who's that :o
The lady's not for turning
@@worldaviation4k the profile name is Thatcher from beyond, the British PM? Dennis was her husband.
Great Video, but could I ask which day you flew as I was on BA464 on the 11th of August, so I could have been on the same flight as you!
It was the 8th
Awww
On my flight, since it was my 14th birthday, the captain actually wished me a happy birthday on the PA system, which was really cool!
@@generalscoob9095 That's cool, happy birthday, you should ask to visit the cockpit, i still do that
Thanks Worldaviation! I actually did ask to visit the cockpit the day before as the flight to Madrid on the A350 was cancelled on the 10th, but the captain of the flight on the 10th was the captain of the flight on the 11th, so he told us to rebook for the 11th and he will let me visit the cockpit! So I rebooked on the 11th and he gave me a cockpit visit and wished me a happy birthday over the PA!
nice airplane! sounds like he has a rod knocking or a loose muffler bracket ...
sign of the times that BA doesn't give in flight announcements in other European languages.
they bothered to give one in tamil for their flights to Chennai
Considering I had a cancelled 2020 long haul and a cancelled/changed flight by them on domestic this year, I'm definitely done travelling long haul on them, actually the last time before that was about 2011
The engine is same for 350 -900 and 1000 but 1000 need more thrust and power, thts why there is more roar in A350 - 1000
same engines as the 900 higher power setting
I was at legoland with family and went to the top of the hill and saw that flight take off.
There's a good view of here? Or not good for me to video from there of Heathrow?
There is a good view over departures during westerly ops
Landing Video?
2 minutes take off mode than climbing mode. Quite a long take off.
Engines sound a little like A380 just with only 1 engine
It’s a Simphony
Bro you didn't spot myrtle avenue from your camera
1:20
Is it just me or did it look like the pilot was "Speeding"?
Anyone see the Emirates A380 on there?
Short flight for an A350 to be fair.
These Trents any good?
Just because the Trent 1000's have issues doesn't mean the Trent 500's, Trent 700's, Trent 800's, Trent 900's and XWB have issues does it??
These are the XWB's and have been flying now for 5 years, 99% perfect.
I must be blind, at 1:20 why does that green plane in the background look like a cross between an MD-11 and a 747?
That's most likely used for firefighting training exercises by the look of it. Many large airports have similar things
777-300ER's on taxiway be like: Enjoy your 5, the 9X is coming!
Hope its not like the Max8
@@chris2323771 Naah, it won't be, I feel they will really comprehensively ensure all system are safely operable this time around.
@@chris2323771 a reason that the max failed was to do with the way they made the engines so you shouldn't have to worry
What’s the reg
G-XWBA
Well, it’s nice and powerful now but wait till it hits 1000+ running hours and the fan blades start to prematurely wear out then it turns into metal junk .....
Bullshit
The XWB engines have been commercially active for 5 years now. Highest reliability, most efficient large aero engine with the highest in-service reliability and dispatch rates.
Suck on that you GE/P&W idiot. We are helping airbus take orders from your 777's and 787's, not only because the A350 are plainly better engines but mostly so that airbus + build = safer aircraft!
Did it happen?
hi im @flight__no1 in instagram
can i post with credit?
I was the 666th like
#boycottBA for retiring the 747.
QUIET!
wiklam bad
Nothing impressive here. A very noisy aircraft.
I think the mic is just turned up. But i like the engine sound
Sound is life
Thats why is rated one of the quietest, only beaten by the A380.
@Jake Haynes Yes I remember the Tridents, they made the 747s sound quiet by comparison.
@@chris2323771 bro the a380 is so quiet it's insane
