      Hi @MsPepemc,,
Thanks for the comment. We would suggest you carrying out a full deletion on your garage operator. This process will be different from system to system, but if you let us know the model of your operator, we can help find this out. we would also then recommend resetting one of the existing remotes before learning these back into the operator. To reset the transmitter with a new code, please see the below instruction on how to do this.
Each hand transmitter button is assigned to a new radio code by means of the following steps.
      1. Open the hand transmitter housing and remove the battery for 10 seconds (see section 5.1).
      2. Press a circuit board button and keep it pressed.
      3. Insert the battery. - The LED slowly flashes in blue for 4 seconds. - The LED flashes rapidly in blue for 2 seconds. - The LED is illuminated blue for a long time.
      4. Release the circuit board button. All radio codes are newly assigned.
      5. Close the hand transmitter housing.
We hope the above information helps! Any other queries, please let us know.
      Many thanks
      The Easygates Direct Team

Hi, is it possible to reverse the procedure from fixed to rolling code? I've tried but it doesn't seem to work. When I reset it now it only blinks red (not blue anymore) please help 🙏

Hi Chris, Thanks for the comment and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. This process can be reversed. You simply need to do everything in the video up until the point you insert the battery. However, this time instead of releasing when the red LED goes solid, release the button when the Blue LED goes solid.

@@EasyGatesDirect thanks, I finally managed to reverse it. Unfortunately the new remote came with a low battery and had to replace it first. That's why it only blinked red when I tried to reset it thanks again
