This vid was a life saver for me. I lost my old remote on my supramatic e2 and i purchased the HSE 4 remote from amazon. I had no idea how to program it and the included instructions were useless. Who would have know how to reset the remote by removing the battery?? MASSIVE THANKS FOR CREATING VID AND SHARING!
Grateful thanks here too, worked perfectly for me. Was able to program brand new HSE 4BS to operate 12yo Supramatic. Will be informing our local Hormann distributor of this video as they had simply pointed me at a remote-remote learning process which wouldn't work as we have a 12yo remote too. Nice work and very clear instructions.
I did everything as per the video but after the remote reset the 0 does not start flashing rapidly and doesn't learn the code. I've repeated multiple times. Any idea why this may be? I have a HS 4 BS remote and it's a supramatic h2

Can I use new bisecur remote to open on one button the old version of supramatic and on another button the new supramatic?

Could youn expain why there are four buttons on the remote - I only want to open and shut one garage door
You can code those other buttons to different things than to just open and shut the door. If u dont they wont do anything.
