Anybody who is critical or judgmental about you being upset, sensitive or anxious lack empathy and emotional intelligence. I love hearing about both the highs and lows because that is relatable and real life. 💜💜💜
I’m not usually an emotional person but I’ve been so overwhelmed recently with just all of frustrations of adulthood (tax season, buying my first house, getting a drivers license). I moved abroad 2.5 years ago and have been taking driving lessons for the past few months. Today I had an absolute breakdown after making some mistakes on the road. I felt like I had regressed so much and just had all these negative thoughts swirling around me brain like that I would never get a license here and that I should never have even been able to get a license back in the US. It was so embarrassing. It’s hard for me to accept that sometimes 26 year olds have breakdowns when life is just too much.
all of these things are HUGE so you have every right to feel overwhelmed!! also i can super relate to driving worries, but im sure youre doing amazing, driving is a lot! i hope you get your license soon 🩷🩷
You sound like you may be an HSP (highly sensitive person), like me 😊 I used to think of it as a weakness because of all the judgement I got growing up, but I now see I as a huge strength. It's a superpower to be able to experience life so deeply and have the empathy and kindness that most of us have. ❤ Finding other HSPs on CZcams really helped me not feel so alone and learn how to better manage my energy. Dont ever be ashamed of who you are. You're a gift to this world 💕
Crazy how your intuition already knew! I always try to listen to my intuition about everything and so far it hasn't failed me. Working from cafés or a local library sounds great Zoe and I'd love to see that in your vlogs too 😍 it is Thursday night while I'm watching 🦋
🦋 i enjoed the long video, cleaned my kitchen, descaled the coffee maker (been due for over a month...) and what you said about not making a decision out of fear really resonated with me because i'm due for a big decision as well, so thank you for the input
I really enjoy you sharing your thought processes and all the details that’s involved. I think you come up with some interesting perspectives. It’s very thorough and methodical. The balance of your honesty with your best life days makes your channel appealing and comfortable if that makes sense. 🦋🦋🦋
I relate 100% to feeling like a failure after leaving the city where I grew up for university. I was so excited about moving to a bigger city...a year later I'm moving back to a smaller city and I feel l like I should've listened to everyone telling me I wouldn't like it. Even though I've learned so much, and I know I shouldn't feel like a failure, I definitely feel like everyone is saying "I told you so"
This was so interesting to watch you work through! I've thought about getting an office a couple times to work outside of my house but ultimately have not pulled the trigger. I like the idea of using the money to add in things like working in a cafe or taking a workout class!
🦋🦋🦋 I always appreciate how grateful for what you have. I’m at the start of my cash budget journey and your videos have really helped me learn mindfulness & gratitude. I have found that it has helped me keep my mind off of what I want and instead focusing on what I have.
🦋 so proud of you for the whole experience of getting an office. I think you learned so much even from unpleasant experiences and you negotiated your way out of the fees that the landlord would’ve charged you. I remembered last year you were still waffling between staying or leaving and you weren’t ready to leave yet at the time, but now you definitely are and can close this chapter. Best of wishes with training Maggie so you can venture out more easily! We can see how doing the workout classes have made you so much happier.
Hey Zoe "Butterfly"❤. I definitely watched your video to the end. My shout out comes from Maryland. I've been tuning in to your videos before you moved in with your guy. I see no reason you should beat yourself up about the office move. It makes good financial sense. You are NOT A FAILURE by a long shot. Definitely let that mindset go!!!!! Prayerfully, your Florida Vaca added extra positive energy for your Spring projects. Chin up, stay beautiful and keep manifesting your goals and dreams. You are an inspiration by continuing to be simply you.
I’m extremely emotional too and I think it’s a blessing 💗 even tho we feel negative emotions as intensely as the positive ones, makes us work on emotional intelligence and keeps us connected to our heart
The older I get, the more I admire people who try to do new things, even if they “fail” supposedly. It’s so much braver. I’d really recommend the podcast How To Fail With Elizabeth Day. She interviews very famous successful people exclusively about their failures. It’s super therapeutic
Have you thought about a coworking space? That helped me a lot when I was working from home. Also - you sound so similar to me in terms of your struggles with working from home. It was so bad for my mental health - I was in my head all day, focusing/worrying on things that didn’t matter at all. Getting an office job has made me the happiest and most content I’ve ever been.
Zoe I never clicked so fast and I am really really obsessed with your vlogs so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you have a wonderful wonderful weekend 💓💓💓
Doggy daycare might even help her anxiety, she’s a covid dog not used to socializing much, so maybe with additional social interaction she won’t be so starved for attention when you leave
Butterfly! Not sure if you have Classpass in Montreal but it could be good to try! I use it here in NYC to supplement my main spin studio for some random reformer pilates and other things. Or, try the intro deals at all the studios in Montreal! Then thru classpass or intro deals once you find one you like you can stick with it but it's a good way to try a bunch of places in a less expensive way
🦋 do you watch The bachelor because of one of the ladies on that show says when she sees a butterfly she feels like it signifies her late mother being around
You talk about Maggie's separation anxiety a lot but do you know what caused it and was part of that covid related, in that you got her during covid and whilst you lived alone, so she spent the whole time with you during lockdowns and as a result is so attached to you or being with someone that she developed/aggravated her anxiety. Are Aussies an anxious breed in general, a friend has one who has no anxiety at all but maybe she got lucky. Does part of her treatment involve the way you interact with her ... making less of a big deal when you leave and return, recognising what her self soothing techniques are and encouraging her to use those more even when you are with her ? In terms of the doggy day care cost - if you spend the rest of this year budgeting for those visits and work on her anxiety, hopefully you'll get to a point where she won't need the day care and you'll use it less and less. By moving out of the office, you're using the same money to help with a problem, so to me even though you're not saving the extra money, you are investing it into something that will help improve your life and therefore beneficial.

You took a chance on yourself, and worked hard to be able to have that space which was a big success, and now you’re brave enough to say goodbye when it’s not fullfilling you anymore, to me you’re a big winner for that too 🫶🏻
do you prefer working from an office or from home?
Not an office but i go to my local coffee shop and work there. i feel like i get more done in a productive space rather than home.🦋🦋
I prefer to work out of house.
When im home i like not doing work
Home :)
home, occasionally go to coffee shops or workspaces.. just unwinding after a work day 🦋
Home or at my friend's homes

🦋 being emotional is a blessing! we feel so much and i think that's such a superpower.
love this way of looking at things! it took me a long time to feel this way about my emotions 💙
@@ZoePritchard and that’s why we love you!!❤️❤️
I immediately clicked when I saw the title, and then I remembered that you talked about getting rid of your office in your reset!
ahhh haha didn’t mean to clickbait!

It sucks that you can't bring Maggie to cafes! Here in Europe (or at least in Budapest) most cafes and even many restaurants are dog friendly!! 🦋🦋
that is my dreeeeam ugh 🫶🏼💙
Love you, Zoe. I'm totally emotional, too😂.
emo girls 🖤 hehehe
🦋 happy for you in a new phase! Change is always exciting to me
Thanks for sharing the office update with us! Love the long vid.
I'm currently driving to school this morning 🦋

aw that is so nice!! No I've never seen an episode of the bachelor 🙈 I'm sure I would love it though
Meg Ryan’s character had to make the hard decision to close her shop in You’ve Got Mail as well…
STOP!!!!! but she never should have closed that shop, just fire her 17 employees 😂
I always ask for signs and am emotional as well butterfly!
Great video and update Zoe!
