- The Royal Navy Light cruiser tech tree line is finally complete with the ADdition of Neptune after the Edinburgh. Unlike her predecesor tho, this ship is not heavily armored and often blows up in spectacular fashion. She does come with Smoke screens or radar, sonar, and boats the best AP DPM at the tier. In addition she has super heals like her Big brother the Minotuar, and Big torpedo armament, and great AA. Is she worth brining to your port?

Loved the Fiji. Still one of my favorites. Might have to look into Neptune. Just feels like t7 and t8 are flipped in a few of the lines.
I'd rather play Edin then Neptune for sure lol

So i been watching your videos and it looks like the British tech tree lines are the best to play. So going unlock British lines plus i have Exeter, Belfast, tiger 59, Plymouth.
Yeah I think that sounds fair enough. All American lines solid as well
@@DerkaGames I have American ships unlocked to tier five and I enjoy them as well but I haven't worked on the uk line and going start that. I have German line unlocked to tier six. But definitely going invest in British line see what I get in return. Your videos help me make up mind on these matters and I appreciate it.

I will try Neptune again - after 3 games where an unseen Iowa on the moon sniped my ship I gave up on Neptune - Always hurts to be dev-struck -3 times in succession just said play Atago, Ibuki, Napoli they are not made of cardboard, doused in petrol and filled with fireworks.
Tech you left out a 3rd build lol 16/4 tyrwhit can be used for a smogathon build. These are my favorite cruisers by far sooo I paid the piper. Just something about having 8 minutes of perma smoke makes you cringe a little. That range boost on modules and traverse was very welcome for my playstyle 😂

Definitly getting British T8s before the French ones. Even Ibuki is on hold untill WG fixes it's turret.
Just gotta decide which British i go for first...
Yeah no rush for Ibuki lol, the turret issue is annoying
I prefer the neptune over the minotaur as the guns feel more accurate and it also feels a much more relaxed ship not a blame blame repossession like the mino.
Interesting, I'll still take Mino. The turret traverse and insane reload is just way too much fun! You maybe ne right on the accuracy 🤔 I'll pay attention to that next time I play

I am saving for Neptune, with the Mino, unless I get Dev struck I just can’t have a bad game with her. So we shall see.

Okay so Neptune is good, i'mma play it like Edinburgh its gonna be soooo fun 🙃, now seriously this is one of the only tier 8 worth picking, good even against LT, and not too similar to its TT counterparts
As for Saint Louis don't play it, its not bad in any way but its EXACTLY a Martel at tier 8, if you want a new tier 8 take Alsace, its really good and is for me the best TT battleship, only downsides are République wich is the best BB in the game up there with Yamato and Conqueror, and Bourgogne is coming, and its basicaly Alsace, but better, you won't meet tier 7 in it though
Didn't tried any of the new destroyers so can't help you on these, but i doubt Sumner will let go of his crown

The cost of tier 8 is a lot. So much grinding, so I haven't been in a huge rush to get all these ships. Temeraire will prolly be my next pick tho.

As for Temeraire its not worth it imo, i saw you have Lion, its almost the same story than Saint L., but at least this one is competitive, Conqueror guns always works, but i prefer Alsace cuz AL Dunkerque is broken and more guns is more fun, its only my opinion though, bear in mind i like Flandre, Amalfi, Albemarle etc...

Well besides damage and fires could secondary guns disable components (torp tubes or AA/enemy secondary guns)?
