All 7 people that worked there were mostly teenagers, nobody cared about anything. All for 10 dollars an hour 🤠

Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it in no time! Being new is always a nerve wracking thing, but after a couple weeks, you'll feel like you've been working there forever - that's what it felt like for me. Hope everything works out for you🙌🏼🙌🏼

Just started at Little Caesar's as an Assistant Manager. Some days are hard but not nearly as hard as say McDonald's. I love history, philosophy, politics, and poetry so I guess that qualifies me for food service! 😂 TBH I feel a little embarrassed about working there because I'm 27. But I'm thankful to have a job. I was a general manager for a 5 years and loved it. It was something I was really good at but unfortunately I cannot physically do it anymore. After rolling thousands of dough balls all those years the arthritis in my hands is so bad I have to have steroid shots to use them. If I could I would love to do it again though.
I was a GM there for a while back in the mid 90s and I still have nightmares about it, to this day. To be fair I also have nightmares about working as a server too. Of course back then they didn't have ANY technology, the POS systems weren't new even then but Little Caesars corporate refused to get them, so everything was done by hand, we had to run receipt tape every night hand breakdown our orders and write them down on a form, we used paper tickets that we had to make sure we weren't missing any, coun't all the boxes and cheese every night and the entire restaurant ever week. We had daily envelopes where we had to put all our tickets and stuff and write a bunch of stuff down there as well, then we had to do our weekly paper work where we did payroll and such and had to bundle everything together and drive to a particular location between a half hour to hour a way, generally a store close to our district manager's house and drop it off. So the poor manager of that location had to sit in there and wait for all the managers to get to his store to drop off the paperwork before he could leave. This girl crying over things amuses me especially since there were NO machines beyond a sheeter and a mixer to do our work. Haven't worked there in over 25 years and I probably still can eyeball a 20oz dough ball.
I just walked in and asked if they were hiring, then they gave me a paper application to fill out. I had an interview the next day and then got all my information (bank account, s.s number, etc) to them the day after that. Then I was good to go. But maybe it's changed to online since then?

The interview was super chill and informal; it actually took place on the bench outside the front of the restaurant lol. They pretty much asked me what experience I had with customer service and fast food in general🤷🏼♀️ Nothing too intense
Well that's cool I'm glad you can tolerate it. The environment is better than say mcdonalds where corporate is constantly worried their $12hr is going up in smoke. I might be taking on a lot of overtime before long ill have to setup a camcorder so everyone can watch me sit in the corner and drool on myself and cry when I'm home lol. One time at little caesars I dumped the co Mars coffee and replaced it with black olive juice omg he spit it all over. He had a really good sense of humor thoh it was hilarious.
