I feel like you have covered aspects of this in other videos and to some extent in this one but I wonder if you could cover how to automate a search of your inbox to pull pdfs from emails with a certain title or from a certain sender. Is it possible to automatically put these into a Google Drive folder and generate a sheet with the date of the invoices and a link to each file?

If I want chatGPT to check our product guide links or database or support guides etc prior to giving its response which i am then feeding back through to webflow CMS following user prompt...can I do this all within zapier? would i need to setuo multiple zaps?. The desired result here is the user getting more accurate information back from chatGPT prompts as chatGPT will know everything about our products and support guides lol

Great video dude! Have you got any idea why this error keeps popping when trying to do the Schedule and OpenAI step? : "Billing hard limit has been reached", I've been searching like crazy, and I have even created another account and tested and it keeps showing that
Thanks for the support. In regard to your specific error, this requires you to go into your OpenAI account settings and request a higher threshold for monthly spend on their AI. Once you send in your request, it typically takes 3-5 business days to get a response!

So, to provide more context, when chatting with ChatGPT and gaining access to PLUS, that is a separate use case for AI. In that context, you will not be charged for usage but rather a simple flat fee of $20 USD per month. However, if you want to access its API and use ChatGPT in other use cases, that is where the cost for usage comes into play. For example, using Zapier and ChatGPT together.

Heres the error message: "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details."

I see you have to manually upload the specific video/audio file for the transcriptions in OpenAI. Is there any way of automating that?
Depending on where you obtain the audio file, automation is possible. For instance, if you set the trigger to be a new CZcams video, it can directly fetch the file from there. To achieve the best results, you can use an app like Cloud Convert to convert the MP4 into an audio file.

Yes, whenever you make an API call using this API key, there will be costs associated with it.

What I showed there is the OpenAI API. This allows you to use ChatGPT with other software when integrating with Zapier. If you use only ChatGPT Plus, it will be a flat rate price of $20 USD per month. However, if you are more interested in AI Automation, the cost will be based on usage.

Anyone else have the problem that even though you pay for GPT, Version 4 is not showing up and it says you have no quotas?
Make sure you create an account with OpenAI to gain access to the API. From there, you can request higher quotas for AI usage!

Opened a zapier account for the first time and tried to create the image of the dog on a beach and got this message: "The app returned "Billing hard limit has been reached"
Make sure that you have added a billing method to your OpenAI account. If this is not the issue, you may need to request OpenAI to raise your spending limits.
