We are looking at Law and professional medical types offices, starting local. The only difference in our AAA model and yours, is we are physically going to the business. We have so many in our area. Every time I mention the AAA model to a local business they light up and ask if they can sign up. For example I casually brought it up at a dentist appointment. I had a group of people listening and excited about it.
So we’ll go local , get experience and referrals, and scale local and online
I know the power of demonstrators in person. My boomer in-laws who fear AI are now huge believers because I’ve shown them the incredible prompts and tools I’ve made. To see them literally change is amazing. I’m on a mission to convert boomers and implement AI in their businesses. And since 60% of boomers are looking to retire, I might buy up some businesses that I automate along the way …🍻

Mate, you're 100% right with really niching down. It's probably one of the biggest challenge, but when you nail it down and really solve a problem, I think that's when you've found a gold mine. I've been consulting in Learning & Development for a while and I can see great potential for providing a more personalised experience for learners with AI. You are so on point about an AAA being the best onramp for entrepreneurs into AI…. learn hands on, build up the network, skills, financial resources and then springboard into bigger AI startups. I like the accounting niche because it has so many aspects that require automations and I know it well. Very helpful video Liam. Your channel has been very helpful for me as I pivot out of UI-UX into starting my own AAA. I have a wonderful opportunity to target a very successful MLM company. I have access to an enormous amount of very successful entrepreneurs in a makeup MLM that would benefit and have a lot of interest in AI Automation. Some of the niche services will be tool and browser extension recommendations to streamline daily tasks and operations. Chatbots will be in high demand in this industry as well. I am excited about the future.

Also, if I were to start my own AAA, I’d build a privacy-first user persona bot/knowledge base where brands can better understand and create products/solutions for their avatars/user base. Foggy details for now, but I think marketers and personal brands tend to not be as risk averse when it comes to adopting tech and they’ll pull in many others like them to my AAA. That way, my users can also solve my problem of needing to expand my own AAA’s reach. Get me in the program, please! 🙏🤠

The main issue I have with all the videos like this is they all seem to focus on people with no coding skills. I have the opposite problem, I know how to code but have no people skills. So for me the most important question is: how do I even find clients? None of the resources I found so far seems to be able to answer that.

Or should I ask my clients to create an account in those services and give me the credentials or give me access?? in other words, what accounts do i need to own to run the business and which ones need to pay by the client?
I would always let the clients create accounts for third party applications. They decide which plan, payment etc. You only consult.

Do you supply their openai key for the businesses and just charge them a fee? Or do you ask them to set up their own openai apikey and link it to their bots?
I have the same question! And I want to know if you ask them to provide a card for their website hosting on Azure or alternatives.
In most cases not using a key as Stack AI and Botpress don't require you to bring your own key. If you are making a call to OpenAI then use their key
