  • Here is a guided 5 minutes of "The Breath Of Wisdom" meditation for our "3 Day Creativity Challenge"
    I find that this meditation helps my creativity to flow much easier.
    You can use this at any time of the day just don't use it while operating a fighter jet or any other kind of vehicle or heavy machinery.
    The instructions are pretty simple just listen to the prompts and you'll be guided through timed breathing that consists of 4 seconds in, 16 seconds hold, 8 seconds out, 4 seconds holding with no air.
    You can breathe in through your mouth and out through either your nose or your mouth (whichever feels best for you.)
    When you do this during the day you'll feel your state change for the better, your creativity start to open up, and those judgmental voices in the back of your head might start to quiet down. Have a notepad near by to start journaling, doodling, or painting immediately after finishing your meditation.
    If you want to do this at night I suggest doing it right before bed and allowing yourself to fall asleep right afterwards. But be sure to have a notepad by your bed to wake up and right down the most vivid, inspirational, and wild dreams of your life - then review them in the morning!
