I'm currently figuring out the different ways God Speaks to people. I believe my way is "knowing". I write my prayers. This morning twice i wrote out questions and i just knew the answer. With that said, trusting that those answers are from God is where i'm stumbling and not second guessing myself. I heard once, the first answer is God, the second is you, and the third is from the snake.
Hi Bobbi! We think the best way to “hear” from God is always through His Word! Because we know His Word is true therefore we never need to second guess. So allow Him to speak to you and lead you as you read the scripture! And you can always seek out wisdom from others you trust to make sure you. Bless you!

Haha exactly! that’s why Jesus said go and make disciples teaching them to obey everything I’ve commanded. The answer to the worlds problems is more people who love Jesus, love their neighbor, walk in His ways, and make more disciples who do the same!
I am a Christian and i really admire the way this couple handles relationships in a Christ-like manner. I am so happy and blessed by it. Someday I’ll start a CZcams channel like this
Timing is hugeee and very calculated. I recently met a guy where we were mutually attracted to each other and wanted to start something and we are part of the same community so I could have met him at any time in the past three years but God chose now to introduce us, knowing that I'm going to be in and out of town for a while due to school.... Basically He knows we weren't meant for each other and he put a physical distance there between us to help stop it from progressing.
Just know that usually if it's right, things will work out smoother to put you together whether it's through similar scheduling, location, etc.
God indeed knows the perfect timing and he also knows who is meant for you. Because believe me the amount of times I started to become attracted to a person and for some reason shortly after life just leads me the other way, wasn’t meant to be 😂
This is good and I'm in my 60s and still need to learn what is the best way to handle a relationship. I believe it is important to be friends first, always keeping our eyes on Him. May I suggest another channel called Life To The Fullest. This couple recently just got married and have such a love for the Lord.

I cant tell you how discouraged Ive been, it seems like forever praying waiting hoping for certain things and it so bad I just written it off. His timing is perfectly good but mentally exhausting hard

I’m a little late to the video but this was a wonderful topic and you both came together to provide and excellent response. I really wanted to start dating and I started using a Christian dating app. I began talking to a guy and I prayed on it. After the second day. It was revealed in my dream that he wasn’t the one. I remember feeling so heart broken while sleeping. I woke prayed again and thanked the Lord because after that day he really showed me a different side and I was too excited to see what was happening. Again great advice!! God bless you both ♥️

He is mature for his age and love me for who I am, but above all, he loves God more than me. All our friends and family sees that. However, I am the one who isn't sure. Hi Cynthia! Thanks for your question! To be honest though, the best we can give you is a little wisdom and opinion because there isn’t anything specific about this in the Bible. We know that there were age gaps between married people in the Bible (Abraham and Sarah is one example) but I don’t recall ever seeing a woman being older (but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong! There may be that I’m not aware of or that weren’t specifically mentioned in the Bible) I think the biggest considerations are maturity as you mentioned, but in all areas of life (not just spiritual, but obviously that’s most important). The man is supposed to be the leader of the household as well as provider. But it seems like you are looking into those things that are important, involving family in your decisions, and I think you are on the right track to whatever God has for you! Let Him lead you! No body loved me when I was a child! I know because my mother told me. Everytime my dad would take me fishing I would have to swim back home! My parents would always forget me when they went grocery shopping saying they forgot me! Yea! Sure! Two days later they suddenly remembered! That's what they told the police anyway! Kids from school hated me too. They would hold hands and dance around me chanting,"Stink WEED Stink Weed! I would tell the teacher and she would tell me to stop feeling sorry for myself making me clean the blackboard and washing her car after school! I couldn't get dates in highscchool except with the ugly girls then I would have to pay them! Sometimes I would cry then I would get me a bag of Oreo cookies and onions and that me feel better!

Something I have been struggling with is that I feel like everyone around me is getting married (especially since Christian girls get married really young around here) and having these beautiful fairytale lives while I'm here, still single and never having been in a relationship and men usually running the other way when they see me.
it just sucks looking at other people and wondering, what if by the time God wants me to get married, my husband is already taken? Or having other intrusive thoughts like "Why does God love these other women more than me?"

I know its been like a year lol and youve probably grown more, etc.
I think its important for you to identify why you want to get married first and learn what God says about marriage. It can look like a fairy tale and its beautiful but it also can be ugly and takes A LOT of work. Its important to know your worth and value in God as well and be extremely grounded in that. I also encourage you to heaaaaal where you need to, get whole, and delivered, learn about your own personal red flags and blind spots and grow, learn how to love yourself first, take your insecurities to God and address your fears with Him. He wont let you down.

Also, do not bow down to intrusive thoughts like that. God does not love other women more than you.
God is so good. Right now, He’s teaching me how to not be easily infatuated with men or go around trying to get myself noticed. So im constantly asking Him to help my flesh die in those areas lol Its hard but its worth the wait. Ive never been so satisfied, fulfilled, content, happy, and joyful as a single woman
