Such an amazing video. I’ve recently been getting back into ahri, and the itemization guide actually helps a lot. I basically always go Everfrost into Zhonyas, then whatever 3rd item and Deathcap. I’m def going to try liandries some time.

It seems silly now but watching your videos gave me the confidence to try ahri mid and push my limits instead of withholding myself to play her as support. It's so much more fun when you're in a solo-lane and I finally got her mastery 7! Couldn't do it without you ❤

what abilities would you want to max first? and how do you find out what to max based on the matchup?
@@lillie--8775 Standard is Q max but W max is viable against Melee champions. If you check out my google docs in the description it'll show leveling build path
I noticed you autoed at the end of the combo vs Jayce, would you ever auto immediately after charm first as well if say you are facing a mage who couldn't auto you back fast enough after the charm, or should you only auto at the end?
Any thoughts vs Zeri mid?
@@blubber0_0 alot of the times you would auto at the end of the combo because people can walk out of Q after charm but you can't dodge autos after the animation goes off.

When Ahri first came out I felt like I was so good at her. Now that I came back to playing League I am struggling so much, I feel like I should be better...But after watching this video and playing a game I felt like I have already improved! damn not sure how i missed this vid. have been played a lot of ahri this year since the buffs and the matchups section was super interesting. cool that you mentioned the everfrost windwall interaction as well. they always just panic w instantly. also cool you mentioned that the zed matchup isnt unplayable anymore i noticed that as well. amazing vid
I'm trying to learn how to play midlane as a 2 year support main and I'm loving Ahri! Learning how to farm and roam is a bit stressful, but she feels very intuitive to play. I'm so glad I've found your guide, it's very helpful, you explain everything in such concise way, can't wait for more content from you!

After ahri rework i started playing liandrys ahri cause 3seconds and 4 seconds are7seconds. And its so much fun getting random free dashes in team fights. Also now we have durability meta so u can play it every game :3

hey man I only played league in the beta and season 1 but i've been playing tons with some friends recently and I only play ahri lol. i really appreciate this cause I'm happy to see how complicated you can make the game it's awesome, so much different than season 1 game play lol, I just wish I knew what the champions i'm playing against do lol

All I gotta say that I've been taking pointers from videos and doing immensely better with ahri. Learning to be patient with skill shots and punishing aggressive laners turn to massive leads so quick its insane.

Hey. I wanted to say thanks for your great content. As a new player I found the matchup section and your Google doc especially helpful! Question: Have you ever considered running Evenshroud? It seems like it could be a nice second item for tankiness and team damage.
Unfortunately evenshroud doesn't work well on Ahri since it relies too much on landing charm and not providing enough damage with your kit.
I'm gonna have to watch this on and off.. 3 hours long 0.0

dont worry most of the long section is EVERY single matchup for mid lane. So you can always look at the specific ones you're looking for!

Who do you play when ahri is banned or taken? I've been going for zoe and sadly think my zoe is better than my ahri atm even though ahri is my top played.
i would like to share with my experiance. If diana lands a Q then E you BUT you stop her with charm and cancel her dash she still gets reset and can use it second time even if first E didn't hit you

Hey LegitKorea, I was wondering, but what other champions would you reccomend to Ahri mains?
Obviously when trying to rank up you pick two different roles and in some games Ahri will be banned so it becomes kind of necessary to learn different champions.
The problem with me is that I haven't really tried out a champions that fits me as well as Ahri so I basically end up throwing every game where I'm not mid and not playing Ahri.
For mid I feel like Anivia is strong rn and worth to learn, she behaves a bit different but is still very nice to play. Otherwise I can recommend learning your worst matchups for Ahri as it will improve your Ahri as well as it will give you a counterpick for when someone picks ahri before you.
Seraphine right now is a super strong pick. I would also recommend trying out an AD pick for midlane. Something like zed, qiyana, jayce, trist, Akshan are all possible to try out.

ngl, that Viktor lane (and the entire game tbf) would've looked pretty rough I think if your team wasn't playing so well
do u have any video explaining especifically the aery rune? i saw u using it many times against yasuo but i never tried because i never understood very well how to walk and atack in lane fase with this rune on ahri

I don't have any videos on exactly what the rune does, but any damage from your champion will send out an aery hit which is really good Vs AD melee champions that need to walk up for cs since you can weave autos and abilities instead of waiting for electrocute cd.
would you rather have bonus damage on charm or do you like the rework ?

How do you use your minion dematerializer? 1 on each type or do you put an extra stack on any?
Typically I will do 2 ranged creep and 1 canon for pushing the wave when I need to.
I want to try Ahri support in ranked with my duo however I'm not sure if it's good. I've tried it in normal for like 3 games and I did pretty good in all of them but I still want to get some advice from someone who's really good with Ahri :D

Definitely preference! Except there are some cases where the extra CDR is beneficial for early game pushing.
