One of the best UK koi channels in my opinion. Always keeping things simple and using logical thinking. Too many koi channels that go way over the top these days. Constantly throwing chemicals in their ponds, scraping the fish to death, installing a million different gimmicks for filtration etc etc. I'd be surprised if half of them actually enjoy the hobby anymore.
With all those fish to look after I don't know how you find the time to do any other projects. If it's a new way of time management I would love to know. Glad the neglected pond fish found a new home and were able to stay together. Cheers.
Tell me about it for the last 3 days ive been up between 2am and 4am cleaning filters as the drains always like to block up in the middle of the night.
That's an awesome fish tank man. I never get sick of pet fish. Well, not so far anyway. But I guess it's possible. I'm still yet to find that one out😌👌.

Hi Omg i have been asking many people why my fish have gone white and have white patches on them you have just said it ☀ sun light ...... I have a large copper birch tree that has been blocking morming and afternoon sun out it gets 12.00 onwards of sun light . Thank you you just answered it for me thank you

We have kept Koi 30+ years and haven't bought any fish for years and our pond is now looking a little bare.so we are looking to restock.

Hi Adam, Thanks for the update. I noticed that you are keeping a lot of fish in that in door pool. Is the filter out of this world or are koi less delicate then many say?
it's the opposite I think they grow great in the fry tank which less than half the size but this tank has a 10,000l/h pump and it turns the water a little fast the they are always moving quite fast like a fish treadmill they end up really fit.

Thanks. I was going to film the rebuild on the house but it never happened unfortunately. There would be too much swearing in the videos lol i don't recommend any house worK it's too stressful.
No not this year I can't have the temporary tank running outside for another year it costs too much to run. Same with the swimming pool if I put it up I wont take it down soon enough so I'm going to manage without.

My pond went red from algae I’ve had a mare of a time trying to get that clear again I’m still struggling is there anything you can suggest I’ve been doing water changes everyday is that the only thing I can do?

That little tank wont have enough current to exercise the fish and seems too many in it so its stunting the growth in my opinion

Hi what happened to those fish out of that pond u cleared out.
They all went together to a lovely pond that didn't have any other fish in. So they are all still together in a really nice pond.
Are you getting some more fry this year and will you be putting the big swimming pool back up so you can move some fish around?
