How do we know the one we are physically attracted to is the one? I know it's different for each individual, but I doubt myself too much when it comes to this. Doesn't help that the ones I find attractive either may not find me attractive or already have a boyfriend or just are happy to stay as friends. I wished finding the one was easier and less complex.
You don't because chemistry and compatibility can be mutually exclusive in other words you can be attracted to someone but incompatible but you can be compatible with someone but not attracted to them

Throughout my life, I've never been on a date but I felt attraction to many girls especially because of their appearance and how they look toward me. But out of all them either steered a different direction or they never had feelings for me at all. I never asked because I felt scared but they were never faithful to me as a friend. I'm trying to stay away from girls at the moment. I've been told like I'm the smartest person they met or felt special towards them but it wasn't from the heart. I wished it was. I almost wanted to be in a relationship with this girl I was close with that I was obsessed with her but then I realized the friendship was toxic on both of our ends. It ended horribly. In the end, it doesn't even matter.
There are ways of determining your SMV (looks) which is the most important thing (the passion metric of romantic love per the Sternberg's triangle). If you not getting lots of choosing signals, like shown in this video, then it may be due to your height, weight, strength, face, etc. Don't be ashamed, only the top 20% get most of the attention. They probably know anyways, but its always good to be bold and make a move early on. If they feel the same way, then great. If they don't, then its still great because it saves time. I know rejection can be hard, but try to think of it this way. Rejection saves time and gives you the opportunity to meet someone more compatible with you.

There are different types of people. The way they behave changes based on how confident or shy or even arrogant they are. I've seen it all
Ex. Shy girls won't look you in the eye, they'll fidget, can't stay still, you can hear their breath, they'll occasionally glance.
Confident girls make eye contact for too long, flick their hair, lick their lips, bite their lips, invade your personal space, touch/brush you, look you up and down or give you that look, think a lioness looking at dinner, do suggestive things to seduce you Ex. Bend over both knees locked, knee down on both knees in your personal intimate zone to supposedly look for something or pick something up, they don't quickly get up so you get the idea. Yeah strangers do this. Girls won't admit to this. But ive had it happen a few times
Neutral girls that arent shy nor really confident in themselves, will laugh, giggle for no reason, make eye for too long, then aviod looking when they realize they looked for too long and you didn't reciprocate it. They'll be really nice, smile and try to not look obvious but doing secret glances when they think you're not paying attention. They do the side eye and get near you or are always nearby. So they show they like you but they think its not noticeable.
Arrogant girls will act like you don't exist and look away when you walk past them. Even though they were secretly watching you before you turned around. They'll talk to everyone else except you basically acting like you don't exist. Whats happening here? They know you're above their league and want to play it off as cool since they already rejected themselves. Think people who can't afford a Lambo so they look away (too arrogant to look) even though they secretly like the car

There are these guys at work that keep staring at me daily (I’m a girl). Sometimes they talk to each other while staring at me and smiling or giggling to each other. They don’t talk to me at all but the entire friend group stares. I’m trying to figure out if they like me or if I’m getting bullied as an adult 😂

@@unpopularsoul sometimes a more subtle approach, or a less aggressive one, would be more ideal. If she walks over and talks to them in a friendly tone, they might be rude or immature. Or they might be welcoming and friendly. However if she asks them “what they find so funny,” that aggression is probably going to be an instant turn off for these guys who might just find her attractive as a whole.
It does sound to be a group of immature kids, but an aggressive approach is always less than ideal. Immaturity isn’t fixed with aggression. It’s fixed with positive interactions that actually have a chance of showing these kids the flaws in their ways.

I have to confess here, the last 2 crushes I've had were with someone new who I recently befriended but quickly learned they were in relationships. I'm in this situation now. I met this boy in my new school and we immediately clicked. I started to develop crush on him, but then I found out that he has a girlfriend already. It really hurts cause now we're best friends but I can't stop liking him. He recently even jokingly said that we look and behave like a couple and it broke my heart. See something though, you can find someone attractive physically or appreciate their aesthetics and thinks it's good looking, but not be into them all the same. However you will still act in the ways that portray attraction, this is kind of like how I used to be before maturing a bit and I got mistaken for the "flirty" type all the time, and I would always say "well I'm not into them, I'm just mistaken as a flirty person all the time"
So it's important to know, that even if someone is physically attracted to you / finds you good looking, they will respond these ways, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're into you or wanting a relationship or even crushing really. It's very person dependant so I wouldn't say to necessarily rely on these indicators to "make a move" on someone.. unless it's a hookup or something but I never really want to encourage that 😂

An honest response, maybe more than her saying it. Which she has. We've glanced at each other before. Every awkward moment I can barely get the words out and we just try to laugh it off. I'm more nervous around her than she is with me. And when I try flirting she gets flushed, even while calling each other I notice she's getting red just by hearing her. And her hugs always feel nice to me. I should know, I'm a hugger. I've brushed my shoulder on hers when we get close. I waited for her diagnosis and reports.Though my duty time was over I waited for her till she started feeling better.I dropped her back and when I was holding her while getting down from my SUV I noticed someone looking at us from the canteen.Little do they know that I caught their sight.It was probably 5.30 pm by them,three hours extra time of my duty.
Imagine how much I would have cared for them when I cared this much for a stranger.

The staring at you by the opposite sex while you’re not looking, is definitely a “sizing you up physically” moment…..👌🏾😂😂….Women tend to do this more than men it seems…Me being a man, we look at a womans body, face and her physical attributes from an intimate aspect, almost immediately, whereas, although lots of women do to, women are more so charmed with “intellect” vs the “physical”…Not always, but in most cases….After a date, or spending time together alone, I’ve caught women staring at me out of my peripheral vision….It’s a quiet and quick pause/stare out of the blue most times, almost like a googly eyed trance…LOL….I sometimes ignore it and prolong the stare, just to boost my ego……LOL. i saw a video saying that if someone has a crush, they will look away quickly, so... for some reason... i thought it would be a good idea to make sure i didn't look away too suddenly. BAD IDEA. i stared too long.
and from the sudden furrow in their eyebrows, i realized my mistake.
so then i turned in the attempt to face my dad through the door left half open, to talk to him. but he was further in the room, not at the door, and i was at an awkward angle, meaning i was staring at the door.. making it worse. for a while i just tried to pretend i could see my dad through the door, making it worse and worse every moment. even more awkward.
another time he wanted to show me some boxing moves, and i stood there embarrassed saying "i really can't...". a very VERY long minute, him trying to convince me, as i stared at the ground.
he's a friend I've known my entire life. which makes this kinda awkward.

I wish I couldn't feel romantic attraction. It makes me look so stupid and I get so afraid I retreat back to my anxious little self. Sometimes it gets so bad I completely avoid the one I like. I know it's simply ruining any chance for our relationship to further if they feel a similar way, but I can't just stop my anxiety. I guess I'd rather feel as though I'm in a living hell than risk being rejected or have the relationship failing later down the line
