Two Queens of 90s Music right there. BTW It should not be possible that a woman in her mid-50s should still be able to rock a mini-dress and heels but, damn, Lisa does it effortlessly.
Awesome interpretation of a timeless hit. As an older millenial, never understood my generations obsession with the 80s. I was barely alive in that decade(83). Whilst the 90s, I have more direct recollection of despite being only elementary-high school aged. More impactful and music from all genres during that decade.
As a liz Phair fan and a lisa lobe fan.. i was intrigued... but as an organist... i now have goose bumps. This is already a good tune that i cant hear without pipes now. Thanks for this video. Amazing.
Sound mix muddy, almost painful to contemlate how good a nice clean take would be. Liz never made a live album did she? She could cook up a double disc of nothing but all her best cuts. Or what if they revived the Lilith tour? Possibilities abound, Liz, Lisa, how about Michelle Branch who never seems to tour.
In a nutshell... It was part of a Gen X night at the Disney Hall where the opening act were indie acts (Remi Wolf, Best Coast Bethany, Lisa Loeb) playing 90's songs and then Liz Phair performed... so Lisa came out for this one off song. Lisa Loeb performed Wonderwall earlier in that Gen x set.
I mean. It’s two of only a select few prime 90’s girl crushes singing an ever living anthem. It’s just amazing.

When your Librarian and physical ed teacher unwind at the karaoke bar. Jk. I love Lisa Loeb so much.
Was that Elton John on the organ?
And I'd still hit on them ❤
Proving once again why she's so cool
My childhood hero right there, ❤️Liz
Liz has always been a SUPER favorite of mine. Incredible writing, both in her ability to put harmony with in-depth lyrics. Rock on Liz!!!!!!

Cool way to end a great night of music I was very happy to be there
Love their rendition.
glad to see Lisa's still 🔥
Awesome in every way
Nice to see the ladies rocking it
Yep.....I totally needed this.

Amazing. They both look the same as they did in 1993. I love them both with all my heart!!!
Lisa yes, Liz?? Not so much .
@@rapman5791 Yes Lisa just doesn't really look that much different, LIz startin to show so age, but still good enough for me.
Pretty good song for Liz to sing, it fits her voice. How does Lisa Loeb look that good still
That was amazing.
They both look and sound amazing
These two have barely aged in almost 30 years.
OMG, yes!
amazing!
L.A. You lucky bastards. What an awesome show!
Did anybody order an orchestra? Possibly while high? Cypress Hill I'm looking at you!
Drummer on point though!
Babes in Gen X land 😂
Two very talented women right here. I think they both could have been even bigger stars than they were but they chose not to.
Liz tried to be famous
Thanks for sharing. What are you using btw? Is that like a Sony RX series camera or iphone. Curious. Works well!
👍👍✌️🖖

she's getting finer every year
I think it should be Bitter Sweet Symphony
did they have to pay the rolling stones a big pile o' cash? it's very different without the elevator string music sample, love it
anti-serum ?
Still trying to understand this line up, covering this song, with this arrangement....

Hmm, Phair might be better looking now than in the 90s. Weird
I heard zero notes by Lisa Loeb.
I agree. Liz should've let Lisa have a verse.
As much as I love Liz Phair, that was pedestrian.
They dont come in on time with the organ, then they drown it out.
what the heck?
this is cool but they are so the wrong people to sing this
Liz, 🤮. Lisa 🥰
