My Craziest Ski Day Ever

- This storm this last week brought us almost 100" of snow with a few side effects. We had the highest rating avalanche danger because of the many different types of snow that fell, along with 100mph winds hitting the top of snowbird and the other resorts closing lifts because it is too windy. Big cottonwood canyon (solitude and brighton) closed which is very rare, and little cottonwood canyon (Alta and smowbird) closed multiple days. This video was filmed January 15 and Summit didn't open the day before. There was 2ft+ of untouched snow when summit opened at 12. I hit some of the biggest drops i have ever hit and the snow coverage was perfect. hopefully we get more days like this.

I love you! Ha! That was exciting movie clip. I would love to ski like that. I do not really wanny crazy films with athletes when they jump many times to have right in the movie but real thing and smaller drops and real life ski strugle. Absolutely great fun to watch it. @@spencerethington The year is 2040. The only way to ski powder is to get in line 3 days before the storm. Better bring food and water, because if you don't, you'll be stuck there, unless you wanna get out of the line. If the powder day happens to be on a saturday or on a sunday, forget about it. Only tuesdays, wednesdays or thursdays will make the cut.

its not a named run but it is accessed by a traverse going through the trees at the intersection of the Mine run and Dynamite off of Summit or downhill from the Parachute run, you can see if off the lift to the left aswell
