    I love ALL your videos! I am so thankful for you. I am an African American woman whose been told Hypertension and Heart Disease “runs in the family”. I was determined not to get on meds and to heal myself naturally. I prayed and claimed that God is my supply of wellness and perfect health, and I found your series of videos-although I had searched for this topics MANY times before the prayer and never found you. May the creators abundance continue to shower you and everyone whose life you bless with your teachings!

    There is nothing left to eat! Most of these things I am now being told NOT to eat, I've been told to eat as they are super healthy, green tea, nuts, strawberries etc. It's impossible trying to follow advice on you tube, everybody contradicts each other.

    a better food list may be what you can eat instead of the list of what not to eat...you list just about everything but I know..that's how a lot of things are that's good for you.

    Excellent video, as always. I have been waking up eight times per night to pee. Last night, I only did once though. It may be the vitamin C or yam or black garlic I take everyday...who knows!

    Enlightening .👌
    How do I now even before diagnosis whether frequent urination is because of enlarged prostate or oxalate rich foods. I am a senior citizen.

    Ugh, it seems the foods that you should eat for one thing(s) is bad for something else, in this case overactive bladder.

    Oh my goodness...this is all sooooo confusing...the vegetarian doesn't seem to suffer much with oxalate...and people keep going back and forth between different opinions...if I eat too much protein I first feel in my toes...then my bladder..if I eat mostly vegetarian I feel weaker, If I go meat only for just couple days I feel too acid my urine foams...the same happen if I eat naturally home made raw yougurt or and If I eat gluten. What are we really been missing? What maybe is that one thing we missing that will prevent all those simptoms from diet?? Wish I knew. By the way I love the info you put out

    Interesting. Does taking lemon water help purge oxalates? I'm on a low carb, intermittent fasting regimen & I've also read that can lead to more trips to the bathroom.

    fantastic videos! i have shifted to a low carb diet, and a eat a balanced amount of meat, eggs, fruits, and have increased intake of salads (greens, boiled legumes) and fats (ghee). Can this results in bladder urgency? the only other sign i have are unusually high b12 levels.

    • @LiveUthing
      @LiveUthing  Před 9 měsíci

      Not necessarily. If you are oxalate sensitive and added high oxalate food to your diet, you may have increased your bladder irritation. Otherwise, there may be a different reason. High levels of b12 are frequently due to b12 supplements. If you haven't been taking b12, please have a thorough checkup for possible underlying pathologies.

    Only 10 to 20 percent of body oxalate burden comes from diet , the rest of is made internally and is a sign of other deficiencies.

    It looks like oxalates are contained in many healthy foods, so eliminating all of them sounds like a potentially unhealthy diet. I would’ve liked to of heard from you examples of a healthy diet without oxalates.

    • @LiveUthing
      @LiveUthing  Před 10 měsíci +1

      I don't propose no oxalate diet. I propose:
      1. get to know yourself - test your oxalate sensitivity via a temporary elimination diet
      2. decide whether you should or not be on oxalate-free diet depending on the test results
      3. decide how long to stay on the oxalate-free diet. it must be beneficial for you. you can determine that from observation of symptomatic changes during the oxalate-free diet.
      4. after the benefits have been exhausted, adjust the diet. this usually involve reintroduction of oxalate rich foods
      Health is an individual matter. There is no diet that is good for everyone and a diet that is good forever. Everything changes. That's why the basis for health is not "the best diet" but self awareness. An oxalate-free test is a tool to get there.

      The "avoid" list is much shorter. Just eat real food minus the oxalates.

      Frighting and im concerned alot of the foods are what I always thought was healthy so one question once you've got rid of the oxalites can you still eat these foods or get off of them permanently
      Thank you

    Everyone’s body is different. Some people eat soy get prostate or breast cancer, some others do not.
    Some people smoke for decades and never cough while some others get lung cancer and heart attack.
    Some eat tomato and strawberries and get kidney stones while others not.
    Some eat all type of bakery and sweets and never get diabetics until they die while others get it at their twenties.
    Listen to your body and not to medical and nutrition specialists.
    WY to go medical professionals, 90% of your conclusions becomes incorrect after some more years, like cholesterol and cardiac diseases, saturated fat and cardiac health…etc…
