Hello! I bought Redmi Buds 5 a week ago, they connected successfully to a phone, but I fail to connect them to my PC :( I have Windows 10 and 5.2 Bluetooth supported motherboard, is that the case? Because I do everything fine until 1:02 in the video, buds even appear in Volume as "Redmi Buds 5 Stereo", but I don't have any sound in them... Idk what I'm doing wrong, maybe that's because it's a CN version

IVE FIGURED IT OUT if you cant connect to laptop, factory reset them by opening the case with both buds inside and hold the power button for 10 seconds or longer until short pulses of light become longer which means theyre now reset DO NOT CONNECT TO PHONE FIRST BUT TO LAPTOP it worked for me and not only paired but also connected and allowed to use them for voice amd mic ONLY THEN PAIR TO PHONE after this i have no issues with connecting the earbuds to laptop or phone
