Hi Richard actually there's more than one Secret like heating up the lines and the fittings if you clean them first around the fitting and brake line that helps prelubing them with penetrating oil that helps but while you're heating up that fitting if you take a small block of wood and just tap the line inward after you've heated it you might get lucky and it'll break loose but the main thing is making sure it's all clean first just a few tips

They are a nickel-copper mix made by Fourlifetimes. I love them. They are easy to work with and I have not seen them fail.
Did you not try holding the line still with a pair of pliers while turning the nut?
I didn't. Thought I had it, but no luck.
