Just popping on to say I was able to help my mom change her password on her iPhone 13 Pro today. The instructions were accurate and simple enough for me to help my 73-year-old tech-challenged mom over the phone. The instructions are not for changing the password for an iCloud account, but worked just fine for other email accounts. Matter of fact, it was so easy I was able to use your instructions with my sound muted. The captions and screenshots were helpful. Thank you.

Mine does not have the option of “Incoming Server” what to do?

Mine won’t let me put in a new password and it just says optional by it in light gray.

1:04 I was going to ask how do I, in that place, see what password I use for my e-mail accounts (on iPad/ iPhone).
Is it not easier to delete the account first, and then add a new one with the new password?
