I am from a non English speaking country and I swear to god that until recently I was hearing: "fin hat, that I owe", as though you were doing a disclosure that you had a personal, financial interest in that page.
i am a user and can tell you in detail how crappy their software is! The phone app is even worse than using it in a web browser. The software lacks logic and there is no way for an employee to directly contact Paycom to discuss it. I tried - wanting to share a video with special editing to highlight the problems - but was told that only HR can call them.
it's growth has flat flined. so it is being priced as a mature flat company. that means based on present constant earnings and profits not incredible future high growths, what is this companies fair value? Anyone have any ideas on what they'd value this company at if it stayed flat rising with inflation for next ten years?
maybe you covered this in the video and i missed it, but what if the smaller customer increase is just a result of getting larger customers vs more smaller customers? wouldn't the revenue tell the story instead of customer count?
You said you will exit if Beti does not deliver and here we almost see management lied on Beti, on cannibalisation and on large customers acquisition. Surprising change of mind
Excellent analysis as usual and shows a company deteriorating. Some companies go bad and stop winning despite previous successes and strong stock performance. I sold shares a while ago of this one and am glad to not own it.
i could've easily shown them what to fix, but they don't care what their users think. That attitude tends to cause a lot of problems. They'll blame the market when the solution was really within their control if only they gave a crap.
the software is soooo bad! not intuitive at all and makes you think you are this area or date/time, but you aren't. horrible company!!! I feel so sorry for anyone doing payroll if they use this software.

Thx for covering
Great video, Brian. As a Paycom shareholder, I'm also disappointed with the latest results.

What are you thinking about TEAM since their last earnings?

Will be watching this one. If it drops more it might be interesting as it seems like a good business overall

I have been woking there since 2013... It is a good company.. It will go to $400 by mid 2025...
@@WORLDCITIZEN2004 How confident are you on that with your current insider insight?

11 bagger, should've sold. You got greedy
Sure dummy.
I lost a lot of money on this crappy stock last year
you should've used their software first. it is not the least bit intuitive - invites easy-to-make mistakes that you cannot easily fix.
@@wynnhorton1208 at the time I bought it their earnings and revenue were steadily rising, it definitely reinforces the lesson of cut your losers
Short the f out of this one...
Another failed motley fool pick that I bought into like an idiot 😂
Better to stick with tried and tested names like ADP or PAYX in the payroll space.
Rule #1. Know what you own, regardless of who's shilling it
1% growth May do to law of larger numbers?! 😂 I think they'll do just fine. Definitely want to see the metrics improve over the next year.
