I truly believe every time they mentioned disbanding in this interview they meant going off for solo careers, generally leaving not from a good place. Jesy loves the band and she loved performing, I’m hoping when she feels better she comes back, but understand if she doesn’t. She’s not leaving the band bc of the band, she’s left bc of how people have treated her these past nine years. And she endured all the bullying and hate towards her for nine years to KEEP the band going, she could’ve left after her suicide attempt but she loves making music and loved the girls. There just comes a point when it’s all too much, and I hope Jesy feels better soon and wish her the best for this new journey she’s on.
In short what I’m trying to say, Jesy left because of factors outside the band, media scrutiny, trolling, even some fans, there’s so much outside pressure. I think she wouldn’t have left had she not have been treated horribly.
She left the band despite the fact that soves the girls and performing so much... it makes me so sad...I’ll blame social media forever
AND let's be real, if Jesy had left after her suicide attempt, LM wouldn't have lasted much longer. They probably would have done one last album then break up.
