I think they key differences we must point out is not just the bit near the end, but the drums and guitar+bass are so much more visible in the song as a whole ,and you hear extra instruments contributing to the chorus as well. With the addition to the lyric changes that censor some of the swear words, i think this revamp has changed the song entirely for me since almost everything feels different.
