RM is a true leader. That's why sometimes he feels the world on his shoulders. He has to deal with his own struggles as well as with the other members struggles...😢 and lately he has received so much backlash from crazy radical people about political issues, poor baby 😢 But he came to Weverse shuting up those lunatics. He is a strong man no matter what.

RM said that the first time he met Tae that he could tell that he was a “rascal.” In the early days RM had to watch over Tae because he was such a free spirit. It must have been exhausting! But Tae is his baby.

Joon is such an inspiring leader! I respect and admire him a lot, I can only imagine how much pressure he sometimes must deal with as a leader.
RM is a great leader. It wouldnt have been easy keeping the maknae line focused in the earlier days, they were just teenagers after all.
RM himself was made leader when he was still a teenager himself.

I think by strict, they meant he doesn't take his role lightly, that he is really professional when it comes to his role. What Namjoon does is so admirable, I respect him a lot for his leadership qualities. I have been a leader of a group of 30-40 people in my university and I just know there's so much to do and look after. And Namjoon is the leader of such a big and influential group of people, where he's not only professionally involved but a lot of personal emotions are involved as well. And in all such situations, he handles everything with such perfection that we can't help but respect him much much more ❤ Namjoon is really the Best!
Also, I love when Yoongi takes his Hyung's role, like he won't let Namjoon be chewed out alone (though he's totally capable to chew out the other person, that too in a respectful manner lol😂) but Yoongi being there like a support means lot to even us Armys. Not only Yoongi, but everyone in the group is like that. Very protective of each other ❤ I LOVE THEM A LOT!!!!! 💓

I love his leadership skills. Firm but caring. A new series from Hybe came out yesterday about their Training and Development team that is responsible for looking after trainees and you can see how much RM influenced the culture at Hybe to nurture and take care of their artists for longevity.
