They’re all in a bubble and I’m sure a lot of them have messed up psyche’s and deal with mental issues. I’m quite mid and since I had a very wholesome, stable childhood with wonderful parents who taught me how to be confident regardless of my physical looks. I have literally never wanted or felt the inclination to do anything to my face. I just would rather people see the real me and like and accept me for who I am than have a fake face.

It is honestly so sad what has happened to people lately with wanting to get fillers, plastic surgery, and other cosmetic procedures done. Ryan Gosling was a heartthrob already; he didn't need anything done. I know see these 18-year-old girls walking around with preventative Botox, breast implants, bbls, and so much filler in their lips that they look like they will explode. I wish we could go back to when girls and boys were not pressured into this surgery, because we were all much happier and healthy. Our society has failed us.
i couldn’t agree more. also, as a 21 year old (that doesn’t want any alterations), i think 18 is WAY too young to even think about getting plastic surgery, since most people haven’t even settled into (or grown confidence of) their bodies at that age yet. and some might still have some growing to do. i hope that the standards change so that more people are comfortable with their natural selves in the near future.

I've never understood the deal with guys in Hollywood getting work done. It has been confirmed by my lovely wife and I agree, I look better at 45 than I did at 25. Don't do it fellas. You don't need it. Just be healthy. Don't abuse yourself, and you'll age like fine wine.

The only issue a large percent of men usually have when it comes to aging is losing their hair, but if you workout, eat well and just take care of your skin a bit, you can look better when you age.

In my defense I thought it was make up when I saw the trailers. Especially when he didn't look that bad when he won that grammy for "I'm just Ken."
So seeing it now that it's been brought to my attention has me like:"HOMIE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE?! 😱"
I remember watching Barbie and being kinda suspicious. But then I figured that maybe he was supposed to look plastic since pretty much all of the actors playing the Kens and Barbies were caked with a thick layer of makeup to look a bit plastic. It seems that I should have trusted my initial instincts.

When it comes to abs, they're made in the gym (quite easily actually) but discovered in the kitchen (how to make them show). All the fat in the way prevents them from being seen, so just losing fat and regular exercise would be enough, hence ozempic to help with dieting. You are right though that testosterone regimens are far FAR more common in hollywood than they are willing to admit.

Some people do get puffier with age as systems that move fluids around the body get more sluggish and retention happens, but you wouldn't see in the mid-face on its own, it'd be seen around the neck where the lymph nodes are and around the eyes where the skin in most thin, and much more in the hands and lower legs/feat where the puffiness happens most.
Ryan has clearly had fillers or fat transfer to address volume loss in the mid face area. Botox is used to treat wrinkles - it doesn’t add volume.
exercise, eat well, drink water, mositerize, don't drink or do drugs, get sleep, jog, take care of yourself. That's all you need to age well.

Lol, if men are worried about aging, do the carnivore diet. There are women that do the carnivore diet that are like, 55, and they look at least 35. It's insane. But, otherwise, aging can be beautiful. Some men look really great in their 70s
I have gray hair since high school. Never thought about doing anything about it. I don't look in a mirror too often anyway, who cares? All these cosmetic procedures are just a waste of money. Unless it is meant to fix an issue, like when a person can't breath properly due to the way the nose is formed. That I can understand. But if someone is doing it to reverse natural aging - that looks like a mental issue to me. Better change your eating habits, sleep properly and hit the gym instead.
