Hey Papa, my SIL bought the house. She said she was leaving it behind. So legally all the stuff in the shed belongs to him.
When you buy a storage unit,,you don't ask the past tenants permission,,🤪lol

That is my first thought even before I clicked on it, they clearly said it was the neighbors property.
I imagine they actually had permission,or it's actually their own land...who knows.

Right?! I remember being taught in school woodshop class on a Dewalt Radial arm saw like that. Mr Jack Headrick was my teacher. I didn’t go to college and went into trades. So far 4 homes 34 years of marriage, and a net worth due to being able to do most of my own home projects. I respect that this guy was a real tradesman.

Try mama bear legal forms. The previous owner had no children willing to help her pack. All of this stuff was overwhelming for her. We told her to leave it and we would sit through it.

@@OurDreamTennesseeHome Not trying to give my age away, glass ones like this were in wide use in the late 50's to 60's. I have some now that were my Grandparents. They came with gold or silver rems. Have even seen a set made of green crystal with gold rem, the woman who had them, used some of them as glass coaster.

Generally speaking, what does it mean when someone has a padlock on something? The police need to be alerted.
If you buy a property everything on it becomes yours and if there are locks and you want to rip them off you have that rite because it's yours.
