So true. Some people don't take the time to actually listen to the lyrics. They just hear screaming and say its psycotic or devil music. The lyrics are beautiful even if they tell a story of pain and torment. Everyone has there own outlet if it happens to be music, sports, drinking ect. Don't judge unless you want to be judged yourself

I have to respectfully disagree on the one term that 5fdp is a little generic sounding. I still love, em and would never turn down seeing them live. Lyrics matter more then the "sound". I love hard rock and metal and it would be devastating to the industry if Ivan wasn't singing. for anyone...
August Burns Red however, is a little heavier but takes a more artistic approach to thier songs. A stark contrast to Another one of my favorite bands, Parkway Drive. However, PWD like 5fdp, has a slight "generic tone" to them now a days (i completely understand growing order, getting tired, trying to reach more people).

they have 200 mil streams on spotify on their most popular song. They have 5.8 MIL monthly listeners on spotify. I think they've got enough "recognition".
Few things get me excited these days, but rock and Ivan's honest lyrics feed my hunger, curb my aggressions, and excite me to my core!
The power of these guys is so undeniable. Ivan's voice gets into my head and makes me feel like I'm not alone. Love their music. Probably always will.

This song really kicks ass and hits home I absolutely love this band they have helped me through some very very dark times and also helped me along in my recovery I clebrated 2yrs clean and sober nov17th of this year and there music has helped me through it

To me and everybody has their opinion, but to me this is Charlie's breaking out cause he is proving to Jeremy and the fans that he filled the shoes that he left behind and proving he is worthy playing in the band. I think he is doing an awesome job so far and Charlie if u read this you are doing an awesome damn job and Jeremy couldn't have found a better replacement than you. To Ivan very very sick lyrics that you did. To Jason, Zoltan, Chris awesome playing. Yall did a damn good job on it.
