Im a 19 year old, found out i have cancer 9 months ago. Life was perfect back then now that i look at it. You know, its hard. All of my friends are now in college, going out with eachother probably everyday while i am stuck, battling with a life or death situation. I finished chemotherapy but the cancer is still here. Im sad. It is what it is. Im trying to get some financial support so that i can get second treatments from other doctors who specialize in my cancer so hopefully i can survive. But honestly, my life has been nothing for nearly a year, just as it was about to start.

Yea, time fixes. Sometimes, a river stops flowing because a branch blocks the way, but the branch will get soaked, break, and the river will flow again. There is a saying in German: Die Hoffnung stirbt zu letzt. It means that hope will thrive and even when everything seems to be lost. That's what I interpreted. After rain and storm sun comes out. After a fire in a forest. Plants regenerate and life comes back. Nature thrives again. Life always finds a way. Time is what is needed.
