Instead of using the chicken broth to thin out the cream of chicken soup can you use the liquid that's in the pan that already has the seasoning in it? Thank you Gina. No you don’t want to cover it if you cover it you will steam the chicken we want the chicken to get nice and crispy we don’t want any extra liquid from steam either
Prince and Pollo sounded terrified in the background, in the beginning. Are they okay? But, good recipe for us since there wasn't cheese. We have a severely lactose intolerant person here who vomits with cheese and worse. I will use a thick chicken gravy instead of cream soup.
Can you use Low Sodium versions of the Cream of Chicken Soup? I don't eat a lot of salt & even with potato chips, I eat the half-salt versions of them.
