    Thanks LECTURIO - Your video helps me a lot to understand connective tissue. Your tempo is very very helpful for me too - not too fast not too slow and very clear. Again thank You so much.

    correction at 7:00 - mesoderm develops into mesenchyme*** not mesenchyme to mesoderm

    • @BlessingsJay-rf4mw
      @BlessingsJay-rf4mw Před 3 měsíci

      Do some extra research on that because he was correct. mesenchyme develops into mesoderm, while mesoderm can give rise to other tissues like bone, muscle, etc

    H&E vey tough to distinguish as all are red
    Weigert- elastin is dark blue
    Muscle is light red and collagen is dark
    Masson-green is collagen brownny red is muscle
    Gomori- collagen is blue.
    muscle is red.elastin is white
    Silver- reticular fibers
    Collagen fibers are based on their thickness and strength the 1 being the thickest and strongest and 3 being the weakest
    The Reticular fibers have more sugar molecules than the collagen and elastin and are most abundant in lymph nodes.
    The Reticular fibers are most seen in silver stain
