  • When 100,000 Armenians fled from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia at the end of September 2022, Azerbaijan took control of the territory, which belongs to it under international law. For Armenia, the loss of Nagorno-Karabakh is another bitter blow in its tragic history since the genocide of Armenians in Turkey in 1915.

For people in this discution who said Armenia didn't existed 100 years ago they can come to England/London national musium and they will see more than 2000 years old clay map which in north east is written Armenia. Regarding whose land is Artsakh and who attacked whom, you need to see how Nagorno Gharabagh and Nakhijevan which was 85% armenian in 1925 end up under Azerbeijan. This designed by Stalin. Why because the same english politics, cause conflicts and rule them for ever. After Soviet Union collapsed Artsakh people with referendum announced their independents. This didn't go well with Azeri government and they programmed and orchestrated kind of mass killing in Bako and sumgait and some other sities On armenians. And here you go that's why war started. And because Russian they were playing their dirty politics as usual helps armenian to take over more teritory (again for future conflict). This caused another conflict in 2020. This time Russian played another dirty game, they help Azerbeijan against Armenia. Of course they knew that they will attack to Ukrain ( That is different story, who was behind of this war) and they needed support and they knew Turkey, specifically Erdogan had Ottoman dreams. So they made a deal with Turkey which they will help Azerbaijan and Russia will come as a saver after Azerbijan took over everything. Now Russia needs that zangezoor or Sunik coridor to export and sell its oil and gas under Azerbeijani oil and gas and transport it through Armenia (Sunik corridor) and sell it in Turkey to Europe, Israel and elsewhere.
At least be honest if you judge. What will happen later, It depends how the war in Ukrain will finish.

FACTS: What are recognized borders of Armenia according to UN?
The recognized borders of Armenia according to the United Nations encompass the territory that was internationally recognized as part of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic within the former Soviet Union prior to its independence in 1991. These borders generally correspond to the administrative boundaries of the Republic of Armenia as it declared independence. While Nagorno-Karabakh was de facto controlled by ethnic Armenian forces, it is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan's territory. The United Nations, like most of the international community, does not recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as an independent state and considers it part of Azerbaijan's sovereign territory.
What are recognized borders of Azerbaijan according to UN?
United Nations recognizes the borders of Azerbaijan as those defined by international agreements and relevant UN resolutions. For Azerbaijan, the internationally recognized borders generally encompass the territory of the country as it was before the outbreak of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in the late 1980s and early 1990s. This includes the regions of Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas, which are internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan. Everyone (USA, EU, UN, other reasonable countries) recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan - there is no doubt that Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan. Armenia has previously (1991-1994) occupied that part, and Azerbaijan regained it in 2020.

Azerbaijan is the 13th most irreligious nation in the world and has serious issues with Iran. I believe in the union of Caucasian nations without borders and the infuence of regional powers. It's a big dream but realistic! We should put history behind and unite to prosper. My paternal grandmother was of Turkish Armenian descent. May she rest in peace. Our family told us that they went through a lot, but not from Turks but from the Armenians and Russians themselves who came from abroad and terrorized the neighborhood and the area. The Turks neither took anything away from us nor looked askance at us. We have a lot of land in Trabzon that has belonged to us for centuries. Armenia is responsible for its own bad situation. Anyone who thinks they should listen to their diaspora and follow other people's games with empty promises will come away empty-handed! Who attacked Azerbaijan in a night operation in 1992 with the support of Russia and occupied land that does not belong to us? Maybe Armenia should finally stop playing nationalistic games and care about the well-being of its nation instead of blaming others for its miserable situation.

First of all the official numbers speak about 100K, that means 20.000 still remained there. Second, the Armenians have been given a chance to stay, but they chose to leave. Third Azerbaijan waited 26 years and 3 years afterwards to give Armenian chance to change their attitude, but Armenian understand only the language of war. For comparison, your "honorable" Monte gave 10 hours to people from Kelbajar to leave their houses. Feel the difference.

Why don't you say anything about Azeri deportation from they lands which you now a days call armenia ? Mass deportation of Azerbaijanis from аrmenia took place several times throughout the 20th century, and sometimes some of them have been described by some authors as acts of forced resettlement and ethnic cleansing. Prior to the October Revolution, Azerbaijanis had made up 43 percent of the population of Yerevan. November, 1987- Deportation of Azerbaijanis from Kapan and Meghri districts of the armenian SSR. Hopefully there will a time that they will return to this places !!! The Azerbaijani population endured a process of forced migration from the territory of the First Republic of аrmenia and later in the аrmenian SSR several times during the 20th century. Under Stalin's policies, approximately 100,000 Azerbaijanis were deported from the Armenian SSR in 1948.

" According to the historian Vladislav Martynovich Zubok, with the filing of “the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Armenian SSR Grigory Arutyunov” who had lost his hope of the return of the “ancestors' land”, Stalin ordered to deport the Azerbaijani population of the Armenian SSR to Azerbaijan in order to free space for the Armenian repatriates, whose number was estimated at 400 thousand." According to Vladislav Zubok, 90 thousand Armenians came to Armenia. The majority of them were individuals who had lived through the Armenian Genocide and/or were descendants of those who had either escaped or been forcibly deported by Turkish government during it, and who could not return to their homes in Western Armenia. The Azerbaijanis were forced to move to the Kura-Aras lowland of Azerbaijan, where cotton growing developed rapidly, and their places, as planned, were taken by the newly arrived Armenians." - Deportation of Azerbaijanis from Armenia (1947-1950)

During the Azeri war to retake NK Azeri government didn’t target the civilians and just compare this to how Israel treats Palestinians. Azeri government offers equal citizenry but as Armenians you don’t have that broad mind to accept that equality. I mean look at Armenia now and compare it Turkey and Azerbaijan. You think a country that size can destroy Turkey? Armenian political independence was largely brought to an end by a wave of invasions and migrations by Turkic-speaking peoples beginning in the 11th century, and in the 15th and 16th centuries the region was secured by the Ottoman Turks and integrated into the vast Ottoman Empire.

      @Ryuk_Judge Před 3 měsíci

@@bubulimi 1# "Don't try to deceive th", I wasn't deceiving anyone, I provided you my source. 2# I never said the mountain was ever established to be part of the Armenian state, even though it was under the control of the Armenian Kingdom, I just pointed out it was only established to be part of Turkey 100 years ago. 3# Ararat got its name Ararat (Western Armenian pronunciation: Ararad) is the Biblical Hebrew name cognate with Assyrian Urartu, of a kingdom that existed in the Armenian Highlands in the 9th-6th centuries BC. The mountain was named after the Urartu people who Armenians are a descendant of. 4# Urartu is the Assyrian pronunciation of Ararat, since the Kingdom of Ararat (historically accurate name of Urartu) was located on Mount Ararat of the Armenian highlands. The people and area who lived in this area was the Armenian kingdom of Ararat (in Assyrian: Urartu). Armenians lived here for nearly 3000 years. #5 You asked many questions and didn't give any answers so I will answer the for you, since I already answered "When did Mount Ararat become part of Armenia?" 6# Question:"When was a state called Armenia established?". Answer: The Kingdom of Greater Armenia was established in 190 BC by Artaxias I, founder of the Artaxiad dynasty. The Kingdom of Armenia rose to the peak of its influence in the 1st century BC under Tigranes the Great before falling under Roman suzerainty. 7# Questions:"15.,16.,17.,18. century, where is Armenia in these centuries?" and "Where is Armenia in the Ottoman-Russian wars from the 18th to the 19th centuries?". Answer: In the 15.,16., Armenian political independence was largely brought to an end by a wave of invasions and migrations by Turkic-speaking peoples beginning in the 11th century, and in the 15th and 16th centuries the region was secured by the Ottoman Turks and integrated into the vast Ottoman Empire. Armenians retained a strong sense of communal identity, however, embodied in the Armenian language and the Armenian Church. That sense of distinctiveness was fostered by the Ottoman millet system, which accorded non-Muslim minorities significant administrative and social autonomy. The great majority of Armenians were poor peasants, but a few found success as merchants and artisans. Armenians' involvement in international trade led in the 17th and 18th centuries to the establishment of significant Armenian settlements in Istanbul and other Ottoman port cities and as far away as India and Europe. Between the 16th and 19th centuries, the traditional Armenian homeland composed of Eastern Armenia and Western Armenia came under the rule of the Ottoman and Persian empires, repeatedly ruled by either of the two over the centuries. By the 19th century, Eastern Armenia had been conquered by the Russian Empire, while most of the western parts of the traditional Armenian homeland remained under Ottoman rule. During World War I, 1.5 million Armenians living in their ancestral lands in the Ottoman Empire were systematically exterminated in the Armenian genocide. In 1918, following the Russian Revolution, all non-Russian countries declared their independence after the Russian Empire ceased to exist, leading to the establishment of the First Republic of Armenia. By 1920, the state was incorporated into the Soviet Union. The modern Republic of Armenia became independent in 1991 during the dissolution of the Soviet Union. 8# Question: "With whom did the Ottomans sign the Kars Treaty in 1920?". Answer: Signatories of the Treaty of Kars included representatives from the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which would declare the Republic of Turkey in 1923, and from the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Georgian Socialist Soviet Republics with the participation of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Armenia was still trying to recover from the Armenian Genocide that Turkey carried out. If Armenia wasn't in this recover state and wasn't being pressured by the other countries and leaders having to do with this treaty the outcome may have been different. 9# Question: "Which dynasties existed in Iran from the 16th century to the 20th century?". Answer: Safavid dynasty, (1501-1736), ruling dynasty of Iran whose establishment of Twelver Shiʿism as the state religion of Iran was a major factor in the emergence of a unified national consciousness among the various ethnic and linguistic elements of the country. Qājār dynasty, the ruling dynasty of Iran from 1794 to 1925. 10# Question:"When was the name Persian Empire last used?". Answer: The exonym Persia was the official name of Iran in the Western world before March 1935, but the Iranian peoples inside their country since the time of Zoroaster (probably circa 1000 BC), or even before, have called their country Arya, Iran, Iranshahr, Iranzamin (Land of Iran), Aryānām (the equivalent of Iran in the proto-Iranian language) or its equivalents. 11# I hope that answered your questions. All the answers I gave were searched and are what the same answers given by most historians, sites, and videos, when researching the topic/question.

@@bubulimi " Sociology and history cannot be explained by copy-pasting from websites". Buddy, those websites were made by researchers and people who studied history, and they put all their information on that topic on the website. Did you think I was going to take your word for it and not do research? I searched up the questions for answered and I copied and pasted the answers to show you the truth. Where do you get your information from then if not the internet? "If you just say that Mount Agri became Turkish territory 100 years ago, it would be understood that it was Armenian territory before that, so Armenians want it back. You wouldn't be telling the truth. But if the state established in 1991, while there has been no Armenian state for 1000 years, claims rights on Turkish lands, this is called aggression", Mount Ararat was part of the Urartu Kingdom and later the Armenian Kingdom for thousands of years. If you took time to do your research, you would know this. The fact that Turkey had "claims rights" is not true, being known that the Armenian people and their ancestors have been an influence for the name of the mountain, Ararat is what Assyrians called the Urartu people who are the ancestors of Armenians. Not to mention Turkey committed the Armenian genocide which they don't even acknowledge. "While there has been no Armenian state for 1000 years", I would like to know where you're getting this information from, because there has been an Armenian state since the Armenian Kingdom was established. " First, get some education to eliminate your ignorance", excuse me but I did got education on this topic when I researched this topic before replying to you, and then after I responded you said, " Sociology and history cannot be explained by copy-pasting from websites", and you seemed to not understand that those websites I was copying and pasting from were made by historians who studied history for many years. "Then get some training on transferring resources", the information that I gave can be found from a simple google search of the questions you asked, and the top website that shows up to give the answer to your question answer. It's very simple, so I felt no need to site the source because all I did was google search and click on the top website that showed up, I read through the information. "Then you can continue with the videos", what videos? "This current aggression by Armenia has nothing to do with 1915", it has absolutely to do with 1915. Imagine someone does something horrible to you and ruins your family's life and then they say it never happened. "You are sharing inaccurate comments on this subject, as well.", well then, I guess the historians who studied and researched the past for years are wrong. "They committed great massacres in the Ottoman Empire during ww1 and in the 1990s, they committed great massacres in Karabakh.", what are you talking about? Have you ever done research on the Armenian genocide? Turkish people committed massacres on Armenian people, you can look this up, please do your research before making such statements. "You call this post-traumatic stress disorder? nonsense", I never called it that, so I don't know where you're getting that from. But if you're talking about Armenians being mad about the Armenian genocide, they have a right to be, horrible things were done to them. Do your research.

After the beginning of the Abkhaz-Georgian conflict in 1992, Georgian troops entered the territory of Abkhazia and started to commit atrocities against non-Georgians,[9] including the Armenian population.[10][11][12] Although the Armenians of Abkhazia originally wished to remain neutral, the looting and violence committed by the Georgian army, including reports of rape and murder, had consequently caused Armenians to favor the Abkhazian side.[7] The Armenians of the Gagra community, which had an Armenian majority, convened a meeting of leadership where it was decided to officially support the Abkhazs and take up arms against the Georgians.[13][14][15] A Sukhumi-based Armenian newspaper reported:
At first, we were trying not to mess around, but then the Georgians exerted so much cruelty against Armenians that we had to back the Abkhazians. They would invade the houses and rob and torture the people. In Labra, they seated a married couple on chairs with holes on the seats and burned them. They were raping the women. It was impossible to stay neutral.[7]
