  • Howdy and welcome to our seventh video of our Honeymoon in Bali series!! This video is probably the most action packed one yet!!
Our day began with blaring phone alarms at 1am. We woke up, packed a backpack for the day, drank some coffee, and met our driver for a 2 hour drive to Mt Batur. At 3:30am, we started out trek up Mt. Batur. It was dark and very difficult, but the sunrise and views at the top were more than worth it!!
Then we headed back to Ubud to get some food and coffee so we could gear up for the rest of the day. In the afternoon, we went to Bali Pulina Coffee plantation to sample all the different kinds of Bali Coffee, and to try the most expensive coffee in the world, Luwak coffee. Following Bali Pulina was Uma Ceking Rice Terrace. This rice terrace was a lot more touristy than we were wanting, but we were so tired that we didn't really care and made the most of it. It was super beautiful still and we're glad we got to walk around one.
To end the day we went back to our favorite local restaurant, Run's Warung. It was delicious!
This was the craziest and most eventful day yet. We were very much powered on adrenaline and coffee! I'd argue that this was the best day of our entire trip in Bali.
Thank you so much for watching!! We will be posting a new Bali vlog every Wednesday at 6pm CST.
