  • @landonparks5390
    @landonparks5390 Před 2 lety +3255

Let me tell you why this will be disgusting.
Cookies need about 8 - 10 minutes and baked at ( 375” degrees). And not even the full 10 most of the time. Just about 7 - 8 and then they rest outside the oven for like 5 minutes and continue to bake bc they are still hot.
Apple pie needs around 45 - 50 min (up to) 1 hour and baked at ( 350” degrees) and then needs about 30 minutes to set and cool down before cutting.
    Brownies need 25 - 35 min and baked ( 350 - 345” degrees ) and then to set they need around 10 - 20 minutes.
S’mores only need 3 - 5 minutes to melt at ( 400” degrees ) because it’s literally just chocolate and marshmallow, which melts easily.
Pumpkin pie - 30 - 45 min and baked at ( 350 - 375” degrees) however, it needs to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Banana bread - 50 min ( 350 ) And needs 20 - 30 minutes to set before you cut into it.
Cheesecake - 1 hr 15 min baked at ( 150 degrees) and then needs like 4 hours in the fridge to set before cutting..
    So let’s digress.
Your cookies will be hard on the bottom and unnaturally gooey in the center. And not the good kind. The “unfinished, put it back in the oven” kind, and super crispy on top. They’ll be so hard you can BANG them on the table and they won’t break.
ALSO don’t cook them in a square like that, use the individual method or space it out a bit with a wider pan surface or else only a bit will be cooked throughly.
Your apple pie crust will be over cooked and burnt. The filling will be too soft and overcooked as well.
Your brownies are going to be burnt and crunchy and overcooked, gooey un-doneness in the center of the brownie.
Your s’mores marshmallows will be ok. The graham crackers will be burnt. The chocolate will at least be somewhat ok.
Your pumpkin pie is going to be overcooked with a burnt crust on the top and the center will sink.
Your banana bread will be hard on the bottom and you’ll have to scrape off that burnt excess. And a bit burnt on the top. The center should be ok tho.
And as for your cheesecake … dig in !! because it’s going to be the only thing that’s good because it requires the longest cooking time.
This comment is seemly unnecessary… but for clueless people who are like- “HEY THIS IS A GREAT IDEA AND IT SAVES ME DISHES AND OVEN SPACE!!”
NOOOO!! Do NOT do this!! Your desserts, time, effort, and money, will be in vain. Because it’s going to be unpalatable.
Honestly guys think before you do stuff.
( edit: thanks for 1k likes?? Also it only saves you one PAN. You’re still going to have to use multiple BOWLS, big and small, to mix these ingredients. Like at this point… just buy the dessert and say you made it 😉)

Cheesecake is a cake made of cheese.
There is the typical american cheesecake, that one is with eggs and you bake it at a low temperature, (the one i love to make most has cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, lemon, sugar flour and vanilla in it, and is baked 40 minutes at 140 Celsius)
And there is no bake cheesecake, that is made with creamcheese, sugar and gelatine powder.
Both totaly difrent style cheesecakes becouse the textures are totaly diffrent.
One is more light, and the other one taste much softer and more fluffy

    • @martinroosjen

      My cheesecake:
666 gram cream cheese (or marscapone)
      200 gram sour cream
      Juice from 2 lemons,
      5 eggs,
      150 gram flour
      150 gram sugar
      1 vanilla stick
      Cake crust
      300 gram flour
      175 gram butter
      75 gram caster sugar
      100 ml maple syrup
      3 eggs
      Pinch of salt.
Mix crust and put in the baking tin
Blind bake for 10 minutes on 180 Celsius
Mix all cake ingredients untill you have absolutely no cream cheese lumps, and the mixture is slightly fluffy, pour it in the (cooled down) crust and bake 40 minutes at 40 Celsius.
For the saus, just puree some strawberries with sugar and make it into a red fruit saus, goes great with the lemon vanilla cake

(I may be very wrong so wait till a geek comes in if mine doesn’t make sense) Time is a major matter in physics and the food items used won’t be able to cook in the same time at the same temperature. So physics does matter in cooking too..

the "cheesecake" wouldnt be the right texture, it needs to cook at 3 different temperatures for like 3 hours to be *perfect*
The "s'mores" would burn in about 10-15 minutes depending on the temp. The cookie dough would be rock hard after an hour! The brownies might be ok in the middle, but the edge would probably burn & the pies would also be undercooked.
