Great message Lisa! I can't say necessarily that I want those that hurt me to be punished as much as I want to understand the why behind what they did or if they even have any regret about it. I know I need to just let that go because I doubt I will ever get an answer to either.

Praise God I have a question how do you let go and move from something from over 40 years that you thought you had moved on from this but it still hurts and pains me to think about it. It’s crippling my life and I said a pray or prayers for the other and myself but God
Jesus once told me to transfer all my pain into His heart. As stupid as it sounds, I said, "Nooooo Lord, it's all so painful - You wont be able to bear it." But He insisted....and when I agreed, what seemed like a dark mass moved out of my heart into His. And the Lord asks, "Now that your heart is empty of it, what must be in your heart and on your tongue??"
I said, "Your word!!!!"
