- On March 5th, 2024, Bean Hill Zone for removed from fall guys with no explanation as to why. I'll explain why I think Bean Hill Zone got removed from fall guys.

Bean Hill Zone has been completely removed from the game, essentially removing it from existence, it cannot be found in the vault show.
Small correction at 03:05 I said the 2nd sonic movie, that movies already out, meant to say the 3rd one.
I wish fall guys could redecorate bean hill zone in the unity editor and remove the sonic IP

Replace ring with bubble and make it a S5 themed round (or S1 but bubble in S1 are weird imo)

When it first came out, bean hill zone was a unique map, but it had a lot of problems, especially with the spawn, so I wasn't really a big fan. But now that it got removed about 1-2 weeks ago, I started to realise that the game made it less fun without it and this map was enjoyable and was a better hunt map. I'll miss bean hill zone..
I think the issues with the map goes away if you get this in the core modes early like round 1 or 2, if you got this in solo's chill where everyone can qualify then the spawn issue goes away entirely, but yeah spawn was a major problem if you got it late game or when a small amount of people can qualify like when they changed solo's to 30 people max or something like that can't remember the exact number.

when bean hill zone used to be in this the game and i get it i will be like"oh cool bean hill zone" like i didn't really think much about it but after it got removed i realized that bean hill zone was one of the better hunt maps

Happens to me whenever a map I wasn't fond of gets removed for long periods of time, especially if it's a different genre of round like hunt for example, you just miss the feeling of getting it.

Either way, i do miss bean hill, it was fun once you learnt it, but also, it just shows alot more of the "end of the era" typa deal, maps with care, love and soul, aren't what mediatonic makes now, and it's so sad to see, With every update......

I have a friend that loves Sonic and has Fall Guys downloaded, ever since BHZ came out I've wanted to play it with her.
Knowing that Bean Hill Zone is most likely gone forever and that she never got to try it makes me feel like I've failed.
Don't feel that way, though it won't be like bean hill zone, there are plenty of sonic inspired maps you guys can play in creative mode, which is one of the great things about it. Hopefully you guys get to play the game together it's a wonderful game, though I've had my fair share of complaints about it over the years but what game is perfect right?
When this map first came out i wasn't a big fan. But when i played more i grew to like it more. Probably was one of the better hunt maps.
One of those maps that once you learn where to go that being the top most floor, it's not that difficult!
Actually bubble trouble was fixed after it got removed but it never returned to the main pool nor the vault show

I hope they are getting the spongebob level ready to maybe replace bean hill zone, although that might not be the case

When ur going to make a video about everything of teh new survival update. Im going to guess ur goin to add the puzzle path glitch.
Probably near the end of it, like I usually do for my other breakdowns, there more summaries of the update if you think about it do I need to document more things before I can make the video.
While bean hill zone was never one of my favorite maps. I think it was just a little bit too spawn dependent. It was cool to have a sonic based map in the game. I think it was way better when it was in the normal game rather then the ltm based around it ( think that ltm damaged people’s opinion on the map). even if it wasn’t one of my favorites, but i’ll genuinely miss it. Maybe we’ll see the spongebob map someday fingers crossed.
I didn't really remember that LTM until people started mentioning it and makes sense since that's probably peoples main exposure to the map since they probably didn't play the game much when the map came out in the core modes, but even if they did it left a sour taste, I found the map to be easy as demonstrated by the gameplay in the video, I rarely lost on the round.
@@Izzytorium Inended up being pretty hood at bean hill zone as a normal round. If I did lose it was when not s lot of people can qualify specifically in solos because that can get very sweaty in the late game and that’s when spawn really matters. Heck in duos I had games where I collected all 40 rings. Spawn really was the nap’s biggest issue.
I'm worried that Sonic Rumble will cause the Sonic skins to never return, since I never got the chance to get any of them. I'm pretty new to the game, and started playing during the last fame pass.
I know that competition has impacted IPs in the game before, such as the case with Valve's characters not returning over the Steam version's removal.
Oh, it's called Sonic Rumble? I do hope they return but with it being a competitor to fall guys I doubt it will.
@@Izzytorium I'm assuming Sonic Rumble is the same game that the initial report was referring to. Since its gameplay is heavily inspired by Fall Guys. Also funny enough, the new game is made by Rovio, the same company behind Angry Birds. Sega bought Rovio I think around a year or two ago.
Was called Sonic's Toy Party when I made the video, think it was its codename or maybe they changed the name during development I don't know. Didn't know Sega bought Rovio, that's an interesting acquisition.
@@Izzytorium Yup, which might be a bad thing for any Angry Birds fan who likes the characters and also plays Fall Guys since this might reduce the chances of them getting bean costumes in the future.
Also other map that was removed is puzzle path, its bc people canot qualify bc of the portal bug, that you get in and out in the same portal, and is even in the vault's vault, so is removed entirely
I should've explained it better in the video, what I mean entirely removed is that bean hill zone isn't in the vault show, it's been removed from the game, nowhere to play the map, whereas puzzle path has been vaulted and can be found in the vault show, so it's *not* entirely removed.

Nah it's all good, it's in the vault show thankfully so it can still be played, seems like on switch it's unplayable did hear someone say PS4 players were having issues with the map but not sure on that, the other ports shouldn't have an issue in case it pops up while playing the vault show.

Only hope of it coming back is sega chooses go renew their contract with mediatonic. Sucks to see a one of a kind level removed from the game.

It did get vaulted in SS4 but could still be played in the vault show, this time not so much its just been removed entirely.

No official announcement of it yet, according to the leaks it's slated to release in summer of this year, feels too early but we'll just have to wait and see.

At first we were getting more unvaults then vaults now it's the other way around now we're back to maps getting removed, one because of contractual obligations and another one cause its broken on the switch that map being Puzzle Path.

Man, this map reminds me of the old times. Core rounds, shows... Fall guys was just so good... it isnt anymore...

What's there to talk about? the map got vaulted cause wormholes don't work. Bean Hill Zone was working perfectly fine but got removed out of nowhere, and it being a collab map there was more to speculate and talk about.

Doesn't help that most people aren't fond of it, I don't mind it, but it can be a pain if you play with randoms.

i have a theory kinda...maybe...idk.....but with the 21 vaulted rounds making no comeback, and with creative rounds in solos.....what if mt is slowly replacing all unity rounds with creative ones???? hope im wrong tho
Maybe if they didn't unvault any rounds when Season 4 Creative Construction released, I'd see that being a possibility. and if they were vaulting maps that were perfectly fine and not broken, however puzzle path was vaulted cause it was broken on switch, we only have 2 round types in creative and survival is too new so I think it's too early for them to try and replace unity rounds but they can slowly introduce creator made rounds into the game just not 20 like they tried to do when SS4 came out.

I was spectating someone and this happened to someone super unfortunate.
At the very least Fall Guys is now free from Green Hill Zone’s presence. (Sonic fans don’t like it when Green Hill appears in a Sonic game these days.)
That I did not know! only played sonic generations and maybe an hour or two of sonic adventure 2 (could never get into that game unfortunately, never grew up with it like most did)
man, i liked this map a lot, probably more than anyone because im a sonic fan tho.
Map was fun, while spawn was a big issue, if you got it early game then even if you made a few mistakes you could still qualify, this isn't an issue at all if you got the map in solo's chill or casual rumble as it was previously known as, everyone can qualify on that so the map was even better in that LTM imo.

Bean Hill Zone wasn’t the best map, but it still sucks to see it go
I'll agree it wasn't the best, I still enjoyed it personally but sad to see a unique map like bean hill zone get removed since there's no other map like it, like literally it's a map that's based on another IP that being sonic the hedgehog how crazy is that? I'll miss it dearly.

Seemingly gone forever as it got fully removed from the game, though we don't know if it'll be back but I hope it makes a return but I doubt it will.
Did you count how many times you played the round?
I use an app called FallGuysStats that tracks all the games I play, it's PC only and is open source, tracks all kinds of stuff from wins to personal bests, medals I got from each round and much more. Should've shown a screenshot of it to prove my point my fault but yeah, I got that number from the app.

Do note that it won't track your old shows/wins just new ones going forward, make sure to have the app open otherwise it won't track. Heavily recommend you read the table of contents on the GitHub page it has tons of useful info. App is very lightweight so won't bog down your PC in any way. It currently has a bug where the overlay isn't showing the stats properly but the app itself tracks it.

I don't know, I just find any kind of removal of maps to be a negative overall, even if I don't like the map, especially since BHZ was a one-of-a-kind map, not going to get a collab map for a long time if at all which is unfortunate.

Luck? Sure I'll agree with that to a certain degree but annoying? Not so much, map is mad easy in solo's just go to the top floor and onto the pusher blocks and get the 20 rings and you'll qualify easily, just circle back around if you missed the rings.
I wish they bring back the sonic skins i want the sonic skin so much🥲
