Theorists, on this channel we have talked about a LOT of Minecraft. Today, Austin is diving even deeper to find out how probable the world of Minecraft actually is. Could this square planet with its diverse biomes ACTUALLY exist in our reality? Let's find out

I love how Austin is trying to apply real world physics to a block game where emptying two buckets of water next to eachother creates an infinite water source.

The entirety of the Game Theory channel was suffering from a lack of satisfying classic intros, and I miss them so much. Thank you, Austin!

It would explain why Steve is so strong, because he has to be in order to even survive on that planet.

"The SCIENCE of..." videos are legitimately my favorite videos on the channel. Thank you so much Austin.

Did anyone else notice how Austin’s text writing effect change from the smooth slidey thing, to a much more realistic type?

Given that the world doesn’t loop back upon itself, it might not actually be reasonable to assume the world border would actually mark the entire surface area of the planet.

so...could you possibly calculate what would happen if steve, a resident of this calculated minecraft earth, were to come to our earth? other than being akin to a bare fisted tree punching 2 meters tall superman? and possibly how other life would be affected by growing on such a planet.

I have an idea for a Minecraft lore theory: If you look at the End dimension, it seems awfully similar to the sky dimension that was going to be added way back when. One problem with that dimension is that there's no bottom, and therefore no way to contain the air in the dimension, like space. So as we see, all the air has been sucked out of the End leaving us with corrupted stone and weird colored structures.

Yup. A planet with trees that continue floating in air after removing their trunks that has variable gravity is

Huh, so the Minecraft world/planet could be categorized as a “Super-Earth”? That’s pretty cool.

I was thinking, if the planet had an extremely strong magnetic fields, given the the core must be so dense. If the floating sections where made of a material which creates a superconductor-like substance that is lifted by the planets strong magnetic field. I don’t know if this is possible, especially because our current attemps at superconductors are ridiculously complex, and have to be chilled to subzero temperatures. Its implausible that such a thing could occur naturally, but if it could, would that be an explanation? I don’t see the floating sections being held up by anything other than magnetism.
