It was right before 10:30pm we were there and saw the aftermath before the paramedics came.

Nobu Malibu held an illegal July 4 Private VIP party this person attended and was allegedly over served alcohol. Malibu city denied Nobu's party permit and was threatened with a lawsuit by Nobu's lawyers. Nobu Malibu is partly to blame for the death of the innocent driver. Nobu Malibu needs to be held accountable as well as the DUI driver.
