Making A Hydrangea Wreath and Saving Money ~ birdhouse garden

- Hi Everyone! A few weeks ago I pruned our macrophylla hydrangeas, drying some in water and others in part glycerin and water. Although the spent blooms in the glycerin mixture were soft and more pliable, they had a yellow appearance. The hydrangeas that were dried only in a few inches of water retained more color. Next year I will dry them again, only using water. Thank you for stopping by. :)
