Amalfi Sunray is my favourite budget summer scent. Solinotes Fleur d’Oranger is fantastic as well.
When I started watching your channel in 2018, I bought a lot of cheapies that you recommended so I have my fare share of inexpensive fragrances, right now I really focus my attention more on niche. I know that Lavande de L'Occitane has never been too popular, but they recently disconitnued it in the US....and I am so sad...and would love to find a replacrment for it. I apply it liberally, like I shower with it....its fresh, calming, dry and airy

I discovered a great, very simplistic Spanish brand in Seville that focuses on orange blossom, orange zest, and anything orange. It's called Orange Tree Sevilla. It's perfect for spring summer, or to layer on everything appropriate...

Cool Water Intense is one of my favorites in my collection. It is absolutely nuclear though I only wear it below 70 degrees (F)
I have 4 back up bottles of bois de yuzu. That stuff is killer in summer hot days.

Very nice video. Thank you for doing this. I will have to get a sample of the Zara fragrance - it sounds like something I would enjoy. My "signature" fragrance for spring and summer is Bulgari au The Blanc. I am really interested in getting samples of some of the 4711 fragrances, though. For warmer months, I prefer the lighter fragrances since when I am warm, fragrances really project - almost like they build up on me through the day. If I wear something "bigger" like Black Opium, by the end of day, I have to shower because it just becomes overwhelming. Also, I am one of those strange people that have to "try" out a fragrance, as many do not interact well with my body chemistry and end up "souring" on me. Yuck!

Sebastian, there is a new Rammstein Paris which I managed to smell, it's pretty much yet another Aventus-like fragrance.
I think Coach Green is good, but clearly has Dior Sauvage vibes. I'm puzzled why this is hardly mentioned by reviewers.
I'd recommend Terre d'Hermes Eau Givree much more than any of any of the H24's. Don't find any of the H24 line enticing/intriguing enough. The Hermes are not among the budget scents though.
Some budget ones I'd recommend for Spring and Summer:
- Banana Republic 78 Vintage Green, Polo Earth, or Cartier Declaration Haute Fraicheur (possible alternatives to the sadly discontinued Mugler Cologne)
- Zara Vetiver Pamplemousse, or the quite similar Rammstein Engel Pure
- Zara Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes (-> LV Imagination)
- Barberia EDP by Alvarez Gomez (great cheapie from Spain, I find it somewhat similar to PDM's Sedley, many compare it to Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa)

H24 and Coach are really Nice and last long for Designer . Red Him intense from Zara is Nice too but gives BR450 vibe which some feels redundant
I do have the Red Him yes I do get the BR540 vibe from it. I bought it after I smelled it on an uber driver in Cannes, France. And bought right after as he smelled great!!
Neroli Amara is agreat budget Neroli perfume.

I used to recommend that fragrance quite a bit. Started hating Chanel because they never discount them even at the department stores but yea it's a good one for a men's designer scent :)

Tamarind is a fruit so maybe a more apt description of the scent profile would be fruity? You did mention a tartness in Lalique White and tamarind does have a sour/tart taste. But I've not smelled Lalique White so I defer to you. Thank you for the video!
Yeah makes sense. In my culture tamarind is more of a spice but technically it's a fruit yes. But we don't eat it as is. It's used to make recipes tart in the place of something else that's sour or tart! :)
@@ThePerfumeGuy Very interesting! I'm of Indian decent but many countries in South Asia, Mexico, and Central America also use tamarind both as a spice but also eat it directly. Some examples being tamarind candy, tamarind drink, and tamarind soda.
I have eaten it don't think I haven't but man that stuff messes up the inside of your mouth when you consume a lot raw. LOL! I don't recommend it but then again everyone is different. I enjoy sour things for sure though! :)

Lalique white has a good opening, but unfortunately the dry down smells like pencil shavings.
tesori d'oriente is the worst thing I've ever smelled in my life, well not really but its so absolutely incredibly synthetic that its insane.

I don’t care what you say, 4711 is a great lime light scent that smells great and works for spring and summer. But it’s not cool and is inexpensive and 250 years old so these influencers don’t know about it. They don’t offer kickbacks so it’s never mentioned.
