    I'd be interested to see if that is a consistent outcome snap and flip, or just the right grader on the right day.

      Yeah me too. I think it would be a mix. But I have noticed SGC going easier on surface issues especially on the back so who know. Thanks for watching.

    I agree, SGC seems to go pretty easy on surface, but there are really strict on centering.

      @RawGradeFlip  Před 7 měsíci

      Yeah I’ve seen that too. PSA little easier on center as long as rest all looks good. Just means I’ll need to be aware on what the condition is and who to send to. Thanks for watching.

    Yes surface is a touch easier but psa is super easy on centering I cannot buy psa online without seeing the back cause of the 90/10 centering

      @RawGradeFlip  Před 6 měsíci

      Yeah that’s a good tip for anyone buying, even if a 10 from any of the companies make sure the eye appeal is what you want.

    What does better on resell for you. Psa or sgc

    • @RawGradeFlip
      @RawGradeFlip  Před 6 měsíci

      PSA far and away does better on sale prices. I hope SGC can close the gap as having multiple grading companies compete would be good for consumers.
      For the most part I’ll send most of my cards to PSA. Then ones that I don’t think would do well there or maybe not worth the cost but I like them and want to slab them up sending to SGC.

    • @TacoFactss
      @TacoFactss Před 6 měsíci

      @@RawGradeFlipwhat do you think about the wait times? Sometimes i want to send in a card like let’s say a new product like hoops and get it back asap to still catch the market while it’s hot but psa takes months sometimes so I’d figure send to sgc to get out and ready to sell.

    • @RawGradeFlip
      @RawGradeFlip  Před 6 měsíci +1

      @@TacoFactssYeah SGC definitely is faster and would probably get the card back to you in 5-7 days. I think if you think it could get a 10 and is a bigger cards, SP, numbered, refractor, etc then going for speed and first to market is not a bad idea. Though I don’t think you would match the sale price of a PSA 10 that would get to market 30-60 days later. But might narrow the spread more since first to sell.
      I mostly grade 90s,00s,10s cards so speed not so much of a concern.

    How did u come out ahead after grading fees?

    • @RawGradeFlip
      @RawGradeFlip  Před 6 měsíci

      For this order who knows if I will make a profit. I think over the long haul all these will sell but won't be quick. Overall a lot of these cards I just wanted to get graded cause I liked them. For more serious grading flips I send to PSA and try to be more stricter on what I send in (doesn't work all the time as I just like to grade).

  • @propriono
    @propriono Před 6 měsíci

    How long did it take? I've read that crossovers are slower to get graded

    • @RawGradeFlip
      @RawGradeFlip  Před 6 měsíci

      I had cracked them out of the PSA slab before sending so they just with in raw with the order. I think since it was over the holidays it might have been 2 weeks.
