@@momotaka7276 They ask you questions, you have 3 attempts to answer them. Which is great as you'll have time to answer, also you're not timed.
My advice would be try not to look at yourself when you reply to these questions via video recording, I felt like I was distracted.

I’m going to start my A-levels and I want to work for hsbc specifically a foreign exchange trader (sorry i don’t know the official title) my dad does that and I want to do the same thing but become better than my dad and work myself up the ranks….. with that being said what subject should I take. In think of business economics math

@@vemulapremkumar7440 they ask questions like why do you want to work for HSBC ? They ask about the 4 values of HSBC and how you have demonstrated them in real life experiences or jobs you have been in. They’re testing your skills and experiences you have and how motivated you are for the job

They ask competency based questions and give scenarios to you and ask what you would do in those situations. As far as I can remember.

What was the questions
@@golpofromuk4136 there was 2 stages to it she asked me when did I deal with a hard customer & what I did, why do I think I’m a good candidate for this job can’t remember the last question but they were pretty straight forward. Then the other section was just role play scenarios.. she told me to read long numbers , and was reading queries out & asked what I’d do in them situation.
