EAS Civil Emergency Message North Dakota STATEWIDE Alert (Tioga Silver Alert)

A Silver Alert is being issued by NDHP and ND BCI at the request of the Tioga Police Department. Alan Walter Bi wer of Tioga, North Dakota is a 64-year-old White Male. He is five feet nine inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes. His last known whereabouts were at his residence in Tioga, ND on December 13 at 7 am. He is believed to be driving an orange 2014 Ford extended cab F150 with North Dakota license plate 2 4 2 C V L. Additional information: Mr. Bi wer may be wearing a long gray sleeve shirt, dark blue sweatpants, and brown slippers. Mr. Bi wer has a medical condition that causes him to get confused and he may be lost. If you have any information regarding Mr. Bi wer's whereabouts, please contact the Tioga Police Department at 701 664 2514. Dave used a little bit of HazCollect format “At the request of _________________.” at the beginning which should only be used on NOAA Weather Radio. But for some reason North Dakota uses it.

I use stations all over the state and country but this one was KPOK if I remember correctly
