- Rouge Tomate/The Gander. Rouge Tomate moved from the Upper East Side to Chelsea but the team is still led by Master Sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier and Chef Andy Bennett, and a few blocks away Chef Jesse Schenker shows us around The Gander, his latest project.
The uploads have been fire lately! Big kudos to Mike for keeping the content rolling during this time and supporting the NYC restaurant industry. Can't wait to go back to the city and dining out after all the troubles are over.
I'm moving into my new house soon, and I can't wait to cook for friends and show off the new digs! I find these video's inspirational, Carrot Mousse, topping with melted marrow, YES to all of it! Thanks mate, for the good feelings. I'm a Realtor, and when I'm working with people I ask them what they want in their new house, creativity outlet tops the list, whether it's Garden, garage big enough to build out a shop, everyone wants a gas stove. I know buying a home is stressful at points, and tuning in on videos like this to dream up how your life's gonna improve is nutrition itself-
AWESOME. And perfect during this miserable COVID lockdown. The NYC food scene will survive.

Love these shows but how far back to you record them? It looks like both of these restaurants closed a few years ago (The Gander in 2017 and Rouge Tomate in 2018). It's a shame, they looked awesome.
