    This is the beauty of perpetual content proliferation. Yes the restaurants may be closed but most do anyway. That is art. The shame is that these people only get paid once for their work completed. The value of watching this is great. Stop paying consultants and lawyers to determine how assets are allocated for cultural values. As part of any community each of those chefs could offer opinions and ideas outside of the scope of any box checker. If that were the case I bet the restaurant and the neighborhood would be doing better.
