Hi I haven't used my dstv explora in years and I recently just reinstalled it, I've paid my account and it's still giving me error e30-4.... I've called multichoice and they say everything is fine on their end, would you please recommend what I can do, thanks

Download (My DStv App), login with the decoder details (iuc number/ smartcard number)
* Select fix error
* Choose the error name and proceed.

# Reboot The decoder several times, reset it to factory defaults and scan back. Wait for some time, if there's no positive outcome call multichoice once again.
