Contrary to popular belief, saying 'you don't own the rights' doesn't save your butt. At best, it does nothing. At worst, it shows that you're aware you're breaching copyright (the right to copy/broadcast their intellectual property) without authorisation.
The only thing that will save your butt is researching "fair use" in copyright law, and exploiting that within this context.
(I say this as support and not criticism. You're my favourite ASMRtist)
