@@Graygba It's not really clickbait, a lot of his videos (not just chinese ones) have those titles and the locals are most of the time shocked or surprised that he's able to speak their language.
Xiaoma is actually really cool. The attention he seeks from Chinese people is cringe, but practicing a language with native speakers is how you develop your understanding of it.

Uber Drivers are private drivers in their own car. It is not illegal for them to refuse you for anything.
The only thing that can happen is Uber not employing them anymore if you complain because Uber itself is beholden to service animal laws and would get in trouble if they didn’t.
IMO it should be specified you have a service animal in the call for the Uber and if it wasn’t and you have one and they say no, it’s your fault. Not everyone wants an animal in their car. And some are allergic.
Edit : It is not illegal for the driver, drivers only consequence will be termination. It is illegal for the company to not uphold the laws in countries in which it applies. And said laws have some differences in different countries. I assume this was USA however. Where I live at least, service animal laws only affect public areas and services. I’d argue your own car counts as private property but whatever.
I’ve also been informed that in some countries, Uber specifies that their drivers can’t refuse even if they have allergies, which I find incredibly stupid and actually dangerous depending on the severity of said allergies. Either way, I’m done. Have a nice day.
No one said it's illegal... only restaurants can't deny access to service dogs if they do the restaurant can get shut down but in uber they just take tour uber license away for breaking their rules.. so it's not the government it's the company which means that legality isnt an issue... dude didn't get arrested but he definitely lost his job

a uber driver cant lawfully deny service to riders with service animal. that comes directly from the uber website. so as far as we know what he did was illegal
@@scammer9348 From the Uber website, what I get is that it’s against their rules because it is illegal for companies to deny service because of service animals. The driver is not part of the company. It is not illegal for him, but will get him barred from using the App as a driver.
Maybe it’s different in the USA.
I still think it should be said in the order that you have one so people who are allergic or don’t want an animal in their car can avoid the order.
