  • Pro Hoops Daily presents Classic Slow Motion Dunks. A great dunk always looks better in slow motion. Pro Hoops Daily looks at some of the greatest dunks of the 80's and 90's and slows them down.
    Some of the featured dunkers in this list are Spud Webb, Dee Brown, Dominique Wilkins, Harold Miner, Terence Stansbury, Kenny "Sky" Walker, Shawn Kemp, and Michael Jordan.
    Kenny “Sky” Walker is a retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for winning the 1989 NBA Slam Dunk Contest. Kenny played his collegiate basketball at the University of Kentucky and was drafted by the New York Knicks with the 5th overall pick in the first round of the 1986 NBA Draft.
    Harold Miner is a retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for winning the 1993 and 1995 NBA Slam Dunk Contest; Harold also is very famous for being nick-named “Baby Jordan” for his jordanesque aerial assaults on the rim. Harold played his collegiate basketball at the University of Southern California and was drafted by the Miami Heat with the 12th overall pick in the first round of the 1992 NBA Draft.
    Dee Brown is a retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for winning the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk Contest. Dee played his collegiate basketball at Jacksonville University and was drafted by the Boston Celtics with the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 1990 NBA Draft.
    Shawn Kemp is a retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for playing in the NBA without playing in College at a time when that was not common. Shawn was a McDonald All American out of High school and took the NBA by storm while making 6 NBA All Star Teams. Shawn was selected by the Seattle Supersonics 17th overall in the first round of the 1989 NBA Draft.
    Terence Stansbury is a Retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for his Statue of Liberty 360 Dunk while participating in the NBA Slam dunk contest 3 consecutive years. Terence played his Collegiate Basketball at Temple University and he was selected by the Dallas Mavericks with the 15th overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft.
    Dominique Wilkins is a retired Professional Basketball player who is best known for his electrifying play, he earned the nickname “Human Highlight Film” for his electrifying slam dunks. He is one of the few people to win the competition twice, winning in 1985 and 1990. Dominique played his Collegiate Basketball at the University of Georgia, and he was selected by the Utah Jazz with the third Overall Draft Pick in the 1982 NBA Draft.
    Spud Webb is a Professional Basketball player best known for winning the NBA Slam Dunk Contest in 1986 although he was one of the shortest players in NBA History. Spud Webb played his Collegiate Basketball at North Carolina State University. He was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the 4th round of the 1985 NBA Draft.
    Michael Jordan is a Retired Professional Basketball player who is widely considered to be the greatest NBA player of all time. He was also the first back to back slam dunk champion in NBA history after winning the 1987 and 1988 NBA Slam Dunk Contests. Michael played his collegiate Basketball at the University of North Carolina. He was selected by the Chicago Bulls with the 3rd overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft. Michael spent most of his career with the Chicago Bulls where he went on to win 6 NBA Championships.

      jerome williams I keep telling people he was the first to do it and he did it from a one/two jump and damn near hit his head on the rim smh
