What’s the point of saying things we really don’t believe in? Why do we need to appear different from what we are? Why do HR wants us to lie about ourselves?
A well practiced interviewer will know all the slick answers. There are many applicants who are well practiced applicants and can routinely rattle off great answers ! They are identified pretty quickly ! An interviewer will be looking for that something extra special in an applicant. An honest and pragmatic approach often helps. If you are real brave ask the interviewer how his / her organisation lives up to its vision, honesty and transparency. Ask for examples !!
LMAO??? You expect me to spend all of my time doing this and creating answers for free? I create approximately 25 videos every month, each with 5 FREE interview questions and answers. Then I charge a low fee for the full set of interview questions and answers if people want them. Get real man!
I disagree. These are all choreographed answers will not get the candidate any far. HR is not dumb. Your videos are good but learning answers is the wrong approach.
Yes ! I agree, a good interviewer will pick up on slick and well worded answers very quickly. Most big companies will already have a behavioral event interview program of their own ! They are also aware of applicants who have been through this process many times and therefore begin to vary the questions accordingly. My favorite question is: tell me about the last time you made a mistake ?
Sorry but this video gives a very wrong advice, you shouldn’t embrace yourself too much in an interview you shouldn’t at all say or label your self as a professional worker this label should be given and not named by a person self, secondly you should name your skills and experience in a positive tone and if you want to speak in a good way about yourself you should say something like “ I had a good relationship we were very close because he/she always felt that … blah blah blah “ smth like this
It’s not very wrong advice at all. To say you shouldn’t embrace yourself too much in an interview is complete nonsense. You must sell yourself in an interview. You are competing with many other candidates. If you can’t label yourself as professional, and then back it up with examples why, you won’t get hired.

Question, I am currently employed and I am only with them for over a month, I am interviewing with another company, what is the best answer if they ask me of my employment status and reason for leaving in such a short span of time. I’m leaving due to the parking situation in SF and someone will use my car, this new prospect employer is only a walking distance from where I live.
I think you can be honest and say the commute is ideal and also then mention the benefits of the job/why it's a perfect fit for you 👍

As a bus driver you have already worked in a customer service role. Making sure customers are safe, being pleasant when they get on board etc etc.

What’s the point of saying things we really don’t believe in? Why do we need to appear different from what we are? Why do HR wants us to lie about ourselves?
Don't lie, just learn to really sell your best qualities and don't be afraid to educate and learn new skills :)
A well practiced interviewer will know all the slick answers. There are many applicants who are well practiced applicants and can routinely rattle off great answers ! They are identified pretty quickly ! An interviewer will be looking for that something extra special in an applicant. An honest and pragmatic approach often helps. If you are real brave ask the interviewer how his / her organisation lives up to its vision, honesty and transparency. Ask for examples !!

I disagree. These are all choreographed answers will not get the candidate any far. HR is not dumb. Your videos are good but learning answers is the wrong approach.
Yes ! I agree, a good interviewer will pick up on slick and well worded answers very quickly. Most big companies will already have a behavioral event interview program of their own ! They are also aware of applicants who have been through this process many times and therefore begin to vary the questions accordingly. My favorite question is: tell me about the last time you made a mistake ?

Sorry but this video gives a very wrong advice, you shouldn’t embrace yourself too much in an interview you shouldn’t at all say or label your self as a professional worker this label should be given and not named by a person self, secondly you should name your skills and experience in a positive tone and if you want to speak in a good way about yourself you should say something like “ I had a good relationship we were very close because he/she always felt that … blah blah blah “ smth like this
It’s not very wrong advice at all. To say you shouldn’t embrace yourself too much in an interview is complete nonsense. You must sell yourself in an interview. You are competing with many other candidates. If you can’t label yourself as professional, and then back it up with examples why, you won’t get hired.
